So impressed with my tiles. They arrived a little earlier than expected and there was good communication throughout. Would definitely purchase here again.

Excellent customer service, with really quick responses via email. My tiles all arrived more or less on time and they're beautiful. One box was damaged but they sent out a replacement with no issues, which I really appreciated. Would highly recommend and will definitely source my tiles through TileExpert again.

Only negative is that we got an extra £120 added after purchase from HMRC at port. This was loosely explained that there would be a tax but it was a bit confusing because they had already added shipping costs. It could be clearer that an extra cost would still be added and a rough idea of how much. But its not Tile Expert fault we got the extra tax.

Wrong colour , too late to change

Ordered some samples and they came quickly and were packaged well. The tile is gorgeous. So excited to place a big order.

Impressed so far - tile samples sent from Italy and received within a couple of days. Main order clear and transparent with pricing and delays. Used bank transfer for funds which was received and receipted quickly.

Not only are the tiles incredible, but the communication from their side was excellent as well. They were very helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would gladly order again!

From enquiry with Anastasia, and too delivery, the process has been so easy.

We were kept informed after the order was placed, and the transport company was easy to deal with regarding the delivery.

If you are in the UK, check their website, it might be easier and slightly cheaper just to import yourselves.

Tiles expert’s website was easy to navigate with a lot of choices and online chat for customer help was very responsive and helpful. I found the purchase process user friendly, and the handling process for the tiles to arrive responsive. Slight complaint that the order arrived several days earlier than what I had requested and agreed with the logistics company and fortunately I had help and could find the space to store it. A bigger issue we found was that while the set of tiles bought was specified as 80cmx80cm, in reality the tiles could measure anything from 79.6cm to 79.9cm, a big difference which makes the tiling complicated. I think this information has to be made available or the better quality control on the manufacturing. I have also bought 2 other sets of tiles and hope this will not be a recurring problem with these as well.
