Total dogshit company. No real person support. AI just daily repeats a pasted reply. You will never get any help. Being new to TikTok, on the first day of making posts, I was immediately permanently banned from posting. Great way to welcome new users.

Some content is not suitable for everyone, especially teenagers.

I think tiktok is very unfair against content creators. Most of the time the big names of tiktok just copy from the smaller ones. Tiktoks views also work unfairly: the more you post, the more views you get, so tiktok doesnt work on quality buet on quantity. And because of that small content creators almost always give up.

Like the new and trendy contents but sometimes it triggers cringy videos and I can't get rid of it.

Long-term use is a waste of time and carries the risk of addiction.

Their customer support is whack!!! its non existent to say the least. Their system picked my account as if it is in the USA so i couldn't promote because it needed tax commitments only a US business can. After failing to resolve that with them. I deleted the account, created a new one, bought coins so that i can promote, guess what, PROMOTE IS NOT AVAILABLE. Tried reaching out to them to no avail. Frustrated!

I wig off of tiktok last month the order was delayed. It said i has 3 more days before it would refunded . I reached out to tiktok I did want a refund just let me know when i would receive my product. So they give me the information from the buy when I would be receiving my product . Never heard ao I reach out to tiktok support like they canceled my order after me saying I did not want it canceled and then tell me its not they could when they took upon themselves to cancel my order 💔 this make me not ever want ro order from them again ever.

There is effectively no real support on TikTok. Users are forced to interact with automated bots that can’t understand or resolve complex issues. Thousands of creators are reporting the same problem: an “Account Not Recommended” flag applied for no valid reason. The appeal form is broken, the AI moderation system is mislabeling content, and creators are losing visibility, income, and—like in my case—entire shops because their videos are no longer pushed to the For You feed.

Even worse, many users say the flag gets removed only to reappear again, with no explanation and no human review. TikTok continues to prompt creators to pay for promotions while simultaneously suppressing their reach due to this erroneous enforcement. Under various consumer protection and platform accountability laws, TikTok has a duty to provide functional support and a path to resolve wrongful account restrictions. Right now, they’re failing thousands of us.

There are concerns about personal data security.

1) TikTok has flagged many of my videos for absolutely no reason!

2) I forgot the password in one of my accounts. I clicked "Need help to login", I wrote my email, then a 6-digit code came , and when I entered it, I was redirected to a new screen which said "Forgot password - Enter new password" , but within a split-second TikTok was asking me to enter my EXISTING PASSWORD!

Are you serious? WHAT existing password should I write? I SAID THAT I FORGOT MY PASSWORD!

And on the top of that, I have only 5 attempts to do that. Seriously? I need to upload a very important video right now! I am going to wait for your support to answer me after DAYS for such a simple thing?

3) If I try to login via a verification code in my phone, that verification code always does NOT work!
You need to use your PC and email to be able to re-login!

4) In one of my accounts, I changed country, then I was trying to change my password and it was not letting me change it for months now, "For security reasons".

There is ABSOLUTELY NO QA in this platform or serious developers to fix those bugs! This is literally the WORST platform in terms of changing password or logging in when you forgot your password.

Tik tok has become a platform to display hate and racism. You can post whatever you want but cannot comment back in a way that meets the post. It should be taken down.

Videos flop all time, but if you spend money you get a measly 10k views. The whole app is a pay to win scam and every 2 videos are either an ad or a live.
The video/account moderation is a total mess because people's accounts and/or video's get taken down for no reason
Tiktok was way better before it got sold and ruined

Took 10 days for courier to admit item was lost. Tiktok shop gave NO support. When Evri finally admit it was lost, tiktok shop said Evri hadn't said it despite it being there in black and white, so won't refund. So despite their customer protection pledge, no support and I'm down hundreds. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM TIKTOK shop that is more than 3 quid.

I love TikTok. You can learn a number of things from the videos

This is not first order that I've had problems with and that's why I would like to report this. Once you have bought a product it's it's difficult to return it because of the false advertising. Also they ask me for a review after I received the product and I gave them a bad review because it's not what it advertised as.
