Tijuana Flats Reviews 

I ate at Tijuana Flats and found the food to be decent, especially the tacos and burritos which were made fresh and had a good variety of toppings. The place had a fun, casual vibe with friendly staff, but the flavors were a bit inconsistent—some items tasted great while others were a little bland, which seems to match what other diners have experienced too.

My experience with Tijuana are amazing, soo good

Chips were delicious and the service was top notch. I know it's fast casual, but at least at the location we go to, they really did a great job to take care of us. Would love to see them add a plant-based alternative or more options for people who might not eat me (like heavy veggie option).

Great service even ran my brothers hat back to the car because he forgot it

My team members and I have always enjoyed the food next door at Tijuana Flats. They are great with customer service and have always tried their best to accommodate any and all needs we as a big group of people may have. Especially Mrs. Chanigha, she's always going the extra mile to make sure my team and I are getting all the best deals and service with our food.
Also, the guacamole is Absolutely Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!

Extremely sick. Girlfriend and myself had food poisoning for almost 2 days. This is the second time from them. Should have known better. Was told a manager would cal. But nothing after 3 days. I went to work the next day and threw up several times in front of customers.

They lacked in quality, food, and customer service. I'm upset that this location is inconsistent and failed to uphold their standards. This location rather have the customer take losses so they can essentially gain. We won't be back and will be letting others know of this experience.

Hello I love to eat in TF at least one's a week,on the Championsgate FL location and so far is pretty great,the food is great and nice people.I being getting this coupons that you scratch many times.So I went to a different location to used the coupon that is $5 off on $25 orders,first time I actually safe the coupon to use it next time I eat.So the server when I show the coupon she said I can't use it and gave me many excuses that have to be scratch in front of them and sign by the manager ect.Well I understand the rules now ,but nobody tell me that when I purchase the last meal and got the coupon.So anyway i left the store really upset, because I love the Flautas that you guy's make,but I think that begging for $ 5 to the cashier having the coupon is really bad business.If looks like TF needed the 5 bucks more than me,so I didn't spend anything and left.

To our dismay, we had a terrible experience at the Millenia location (4693 Gardens Park Blvd.) in Orlando, FL. Normally we eat at the one in Winter Garden where the food is exceptional. We decided to give this one a try on Tuesday since we were in the area and on a time restraint. We received the worst customer service and the food was terrible. The chips were stale and our tacos had little to no meat in them. My fish tacos were not fresh and the portion size was embarrassing for a manager to even bring to our table. What's worse is there was no engagement and professionalism. This location was not busy at the time we dined in. We felt so ripped off. If I knew I was paying the price I did, I would've stopped somewhere else to eat and would've received a better deal. They lacked in quality, food, and customer service. I have been coming here since my UCF days (let's just say awhile ago), and I have always loved their food, especially the burritos. Now I choose the whole grain wrap, which is indistinguishable from the original. Quality of the food has not changed over the years, love this place!
