Tijdelijk twee woningen is a scam company. The owner pretends to mean well, but be alarmed and never leave a deposit with him, he will not return it after the contract ends.

Avoid them at all costs - SCAM
We rented an apartment through this real estate agency because it had been recommended by ING. At first, everything went well, but as soon as they received their fee... They vanished. In our case, they required the tenant’s security deposit to be transferred into their agency account, and now they are refusing to return it. We have initiated legal action to recover our deposit. I want to warn everyone: do not use this real estate agency. They are also operating under the name “Tijdelijkvanhuis”; you can read their reviews on Trustpilot.
In short: avoid them at all costs!
