Scammed the same as everyone else on here £120 .Credit Card company investagating.

100% SCAM PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! PAID FOR TICKETS, SENT PASSPORT DETAILS OF WHO I WAS, THEY NEVER RESPONDED BACK TO ME WHEN I EMAILED THEM AND MY TICKETS NEVER ARRIVED, TICKETS STILL HAVENT ARRIVED AND THEY STILL HAVENT RESPONDED TO MY EMAILS.

Scam. Don't waste your money wnd definitely don't be giving them your passport numbers etc.

Paid £104 for 2 tickets for a football match. Not received

ABSOLUTE SCAM. Bought 3 tickets to the Chelsea v Barcelona game a week ago. Never arrived. Saw a whole lot of reviews saying the same. DO NOT buy from this company, you will not receive anything.

Im gutted I bought tickets from tier one no tickets been emailed they ignore all emails iv sent but the site looks very genuine iv lost 65 pound through these scammers.

Looks like I have fallen for this scam like a number of people on here, really disappointed and disheartened by it!

Stupidly I had also sent them my passport details as part of their plot, has anyone else done this and have you had any problems?

Have seen a few fraud numbers have been raised by people on here so will add them, also have to try and get a refund on a hotel (with a non cancellation policy) that I have booked to see if they will relent ffs

This is a scam. Please do not buy tickets here. Once you pay for tickets they seem legit and have some direct communication with you, when the match gets closer they start adding excuses and problems and then they stop all kind of communication.

Bunch of scammers. Took £110 for 2no Newcastle tickets. No receipt or even confirmation of purchase. No return of emails. Dirty scammed morons. Please do not buy!!!! Wa##ers

SCAM . No tickets was sent . No answer emails.

This company is a scam! They promise tickets at cheap rates (Arsenal v Spurs for £70 a ticket) but do not deliver. Then they promise even better VIP tickets for another event if you wait a couple of weeks and then they stop communicating.

Such a shame these sites are allowed to operate without consequences!!

Husband ordered tickets for Chelsea Barcelona last week, paid, told to expect tickets on the Sunday before the match, no tickets arrived and complete silence from the company, luckily for him he paid on his credit card and has since been refunded. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THIS IS A CON!

Very proffesional scam . I have never seen situation like this before . Recomended by Facebook . Trust Pilot for 5 stars ( now 2.8 stars ) . Company with address in London . Officialy registered on GOV site. We arent safe today folks . It`s really no shame we have been scamed , shame that institutions responsible for it are useless !! It could be any site now. Facebook , GOV , British Gas ... After this situation I have lost my trust to internet and any websites .

Don't be fooled. The positive reviews are fake. You can't buy premier league football match tickets from anywhere other than the clubs official methods. The Premier League do not have official partners for ticket allocation. If these scammers reply to review saying I'm not a customer they are correct, my wife was however and I'm posting this because she is too upset to. She ordered tickets as a surprise for me, instead she lost her money.

Emailed to ask how I can trust them and get a detailed response

But tickets and get a register letter confirming the purchase (later realise they use this to confirm delivery with payment provider, clever)

Then auto send an email conforming tickets are ready and asking for ID

Then silence and no tickets.

Reported to action fraud

This is a scam , don’t buy anything as you won’t get what you are paying for. Paid for tickets that have never been sent , no one answers to emails from support when is needed, they push the delivery date until the last minute to keep you in your toes but than last days you won’t get anything from them. Already asked my back for refund and reported them as scam

Ordered ticket didn’t arrive then day after the march got an email to verify identity to which I refused as the match had already taken place
No response to repeated emails .
Next stop is the fraud squad

THIS IS A SCAM. I was charged for 2 x tickets and 2 days before the match they asked me for a picture of myself and my passport? On the event day the tickets never arrived. I emailed them to complaint but no response has been received.
