Very rude tried to charge me 400 pound nearly for a small peace of the garden and then proceeded to argue with me after that he done the garden and I paid it was for an elderly woman and then I got asked for an extra £10 pound just so they can get a drink when I already provided them with a drink 😏🤨 would not recommend what so ever to top it off they never took any of the grass away either when i was clearly told that they take 3 bags of it away for free didn’t take a thing very over priced as well got a quote for £160 and they ripped an elderly lady off they wasn’t here an hour £160 was supposed to be for 2 hours and to take bags away I message the man who quoted me and got nothing back disgusting and disrespectful wouldn’t recommend what so ever

Really good job done. My elderly mum was nervous about bringing in a gardener. Many dont get back, many appear dodgy, some would rip people off. Not Tidy Properties Ltd.
They offer reasonable rates, excellent communications and carry out a good job. We will rebook when we need them again. Thanks

Tidy properties garden work is not very professional. They know how to do work but they will never complete the work in the given timeline.
2 people came and can't finish the work of small garden and weeds. The could devide the work and finish the job.
But, one person was acting more like assistant. They wanted to increase the hour and make more money.
They know the job and had all the gadgets also but,was full of excuses.
Made big mistake by calling gardeners from tidy properties.

This company completely underestimated and under quoted for the job. Please be very careful and make sure you get a total quote amount in writing before they even start. Having sent videos and photos with a description of the job it was discussed over the phone and anticipated to be c £500-600 which was in line with other quotes I’d received. I left them to finish the job whilst I popped out only to be told on return that the total was in excess of £3000! There was no warning or update and they refused to leave the property until payment was received. I was heavily pregnant at the time and this caused me considerable stress. I would be very wary using this company.

Excellent service at reasonable price.

I contacted them ahead of needing to get some garden work done, and specified it was important that the grass was mowed.

They arrived late, were rude, kept trying to upsell me, asked what my budget limit was, charged £100 more than this (which itself was £60 over what even their individual services added up to), and didn't even mow the grass. They said the extra £60 would cover the time for them to come back and mow the grass "next time" because the ground was too wet. When I then contacted about when this could be done, they have ghosted me and not replied at all (it's been about 2 weeks now so I've given them plenty of time).

They made 4 appointments with me and did not turn up for any of them. First time rain forecast which was fine although called me after time due. Second time they said it was going to rain. I assured them it was not going to rain but they still did not turn up!! It DID NOT RAIN that day. I then told them not to bother me again, they called me and said they could come in 2 days so I said OK, guess what they did not turn up. Gave them one more chance and received call the day before to say the manger had an emergency and could not come. I told them to forget it all together. What abunch of cowboys!!! IF YOU LIKE TO BE MESSED ABOUT THEY ARE FOR YOU.

Small garden and big hedge to trim. Excellent work. Swift and professional. Everything is above board and the service is superb.

The work was carried efficiently within the time scale. I am grateful for the smooth and continuous communication from the admin. I will recommend tidy properties!!

Hi, I just moved to this new place with my partner in February, very cold weather and not much happening in the garden! But end of April, May all start to be growing nicely and a bit more! I ask advice to my landlord she recommends me her garden but he wasn’t available. I checked online and found this 5 stars rating company so called them! Really reactive and accommodating!
They came yesterday and done a fantastic job in my garden and in front of the building! So good so my neighbours from the other building came downstairs to take the cards ! Really friendly and understanding team! I will recommend for sure! Nina

My garden was fully grown and i am so happy with the results and it is clean. I reached out last minute and they made time for me to come. Goran and iliyan came by and did a great job. Very pleased.

I contacted Goran and got my booking confirmed same day for the weekend. Very profressional. I had a gardener who did a job before but when Goran and his team completed their job we could see a massive difference
