DON NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS RIP OFF…

DON NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS RIP OFF SITE!! My husband purchased two concert tickets to see Michael Grimm at Darryl's house in upstate NY in Feb. for an Oct 17th Show. We paid for a hotel to stay the weekend and check out the area then go to the concert. The day before we were to leave I checked out Darryl's House only to find they have closed due to Covid. AND I looked at the schedule they has posted for their events and Michael Grimm was not even scheduled for the evening we had tickets for! NO email from anybody that the event was cancelled! We would have driven three hours only to find there was no venue open and no concert! After many emails going back and forth they have now responded with they do NO refunds. They were frauduently selling tickets for a concert that never was scheduled and then keep your money! NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AND REPORT THEM TO THE BBB!

getting the run around on a refund of a cancelled show…

i had tickets to see larkin poe in albany,ny on 10/19/2021. the show was cancelled due to an illness of the lead singer. the night before the show, i received an email from ticket web telling me the show was cancelled until sometime next year. they give me the option of holding onto tickets are requesting a refund from the point of purchase. i decided to request a refund. i reached out to ticket web asking for a refund. they told me that they do not issue refunds and all sales are final.i was not asking for a refund because i missed the show. it was cancelled by the band. if i keep getting the run around from ticket web, i am going to contact the New York state AG's office. i want my $66 back.

Another "getting screwed by these thieves" customer

Bought a ticket in Sept 2019 to see Frank Marino. Show was rescheduled twice due to Covid pandemic. Before the tour was to begin (Sept 2021) the artist announced (June 2021) that the tour was cancelled and he was retiring due to health reasons. When I requested a refund, the run around began... they blamed the "event coordinator"/venue for not advising them (even though other Frank Marino shows they had listed on their site indicates "cancelled" and they were now selling tickets for a different event for the venue to be held on the date of the FM show). Suddenly now they say in an email response that their policy is not to issue refunds for cancelled shows (although it says on their website that they will, as does the venue website). FYI- Ticketweb is a division of Ticketmaster, so I am trying to go thru them for resolution. I will never EVER buy a ticket thru them again, even if it means not going to a show.

Do NOT buy a ticket from here!

I am with everyone else, they took my money for a concert - and when covid restrictions changed when the concert was going to happen, they have completely shut off all customer communications and now I can't get a refund. The band themselves told me to contact ticketweb. What an absolute mess.

They know of this. They know states are implementing new restriction, but they don't want to help customers get their refunds.

Their customer support lines are down.
They don't respond to emails.
Contact us on their site links to a 404?

They are a literal scam.

Lady A concert cancelled September 11, 2021/not rescheduled!

Lady A concert was cancelled (not rescheduled) on Sept 11, 2021 at Whitewater Amphitheatre 4 days before the concert - no reason given - it wasn't COVID because she still did concerts on Sept 9, 10, & 16! Cannot get in touch with TicketWeb - they say there is no phone support anymore & the only way to reach them is by email - which they DO NOT reply! They have nearly $6,000 of mine from buying 2 VIP boxes for a special birthday event & they will not be holding my money until whenever they decide to reschedule in 2022!! TicketWeb will be turned into the TX Attorney General & my lawyer will be handling this! This will ultimately hurt the concert/venue & entertainers when they do things like this & try to avoid their customers! After crying about how much COVID hurt them - they should respect their customers who try to support them! People should take action & demand their money back - think of all the interests they make on everyone's money that they're holding for up to 2 years of time.

I have been reaching out to ticket web…

I have been reaching out to ticket web multiple times with no response. The phone number listed is not taking calls. I received 1 email from Teri Lord I responded with 2 minutes and still have heard nothing back it has been over 2 weeks. All I need is a refund for tickets on a canceled concert.

If i could give 0 stars I would

If i could give 0 stars I would. I bought tickets and the artist couldn’t show up due to covid so I got an email instructing me on how to get a refund. I’ve emailed them 5 times and still have gotten no answer so I will be contacting my bank about this since I paid for an event I never attending and they refuse to answer any emails since their phone number doesn’t work.

STAY AWAY!

STAY AWAY!
I could give 0 star if I could. They never reply emails or the phone they provide never works. It's impossible to reach customer service of this awful website. I had a concert to go and I got positive for Covid and just wanted to know if I could get a return or exchange for another concert since I can't go. And they simply ignored me. The worst ticket company ever.

Impossible to contact

It is literally impossible to get customer service for this website. Their phone number has a recorded message saying they don't do phone customer service. They completely ignore any email that you send them. Corporate America at its worst.

Total scam

Total scam. They emailed me the day before a show saying that the bands I paid to see had changed, with directions on how to email within 24 hours of the show starting to get a refund. Luckily I saw their email as soon as it came in and managed to request the refund, but they haven't processed it or responded once since then. They have no working phone number and refuse to respond to email, so I had to dispute the charge with my bank.

Take your money and run, will not answer calls or emails…

I waited to purchase tickets for event 6 days before show. At that time there were no COVID testing or vaccine requirements. 2 days later, 4 days until show, I received an email stating that the guidelines changed and you would be required to show proof of vaccination or negative test. I personally don’t agree with these restrictions and would not have purchased tickets if these restrictions were in place. But I also travel with work and have a very busy schedule and there was no way for me to get a COVID test before show. Most rapid testing facilities are booked up for days and send off tests have been taking several days for results to return.
This company will NOT take calls nor will they return emails. I emailed 4 times with NO response.
As the requirements changed after I purchased my tickets I should get a refund for my order. This company should not be allowed to take money with freely without accountability. Shane on them. I’ll never purchase tickets through them again for any show.

Never sent me my tickets

I bought two tickets for a Sam lachow concert and never received my email with the tickets. I’ve emailed their “help” three times with proof of purchase and never got any response. I want my tickets but if they can’t even bother to respond I want my money. This is fraud.

Ordered tickets to Young Dubliners

Ordered tickets to Young Dubliners, received tickets to some band I've never heard of in an entirely different month. Emailed five times, no phone numbers to call, was told no refunds in the single email correspondence I've received. So out 160.00, and I have to go watch a crappy band to at least not waste my money.
