I purchased tickets on 2/12/25 for a concert this weekend. I have not received the tickets and the US link to send an email does not work. The phone number doesn't work yet the bank statement shows that they took my money leaving me with my tickets.

Paid for tickets I never received

Bought tickets to a show. Never got confirmation, never got anything. Have tried calling every phone number I can find associated with TicketWeb, but either get a busy tone, or an automated response telling me the phone line is not staffed and to please send an email to customer support. They must not staff their email response team, either, because they haven’t responded to my emails. I can’t afford to buy tickets again from somewhere else, and can’t request a refund if I can’t get ahold of anyone!

Terrible service

Terrible service, Purchased tickets and never received confirmation of the order or tickets, I repurchased and received confirmation and went to the event and was charged for both orders. I contacted Ticketweb and was told no refunds per their purchase policy,
. I never received the tickets for the first order I placed and should not be charged for them. I go to a multitude of concerts each year and have used Ticketweb frequently. I will certainly avoid using them in the future and will encourage my friends and family to do the same. Avoid this company.

disappointing experience

I had a very disappointing experience with Ticketweb. I requested a credit for tickets I couldn’t use due to illness, and while they initially asked for my purchase information, they ultimately refused to help. I’ve spent a significant amount of money with them in the past, but their lack of flexibility and customer care has been extremely frustrating. It’s disappointing to see a company prioritize policy over loyal customers. I expected much better and will think twice before using their service again

I have tickets for Nov 26 I can’t use so I’ve emailed them several times asking where my tix are so I can transfer them to someone who can use them. All I get is sorry but there’s a hold on pdf tickets but you SHOULD recieve them soon. The concert is in 6 days ……

bought $203.68 worth of tickets from TW. venue said tickets are fraudulent, were already scanned under my name, which of course is impossible. TW didnt care. phone # doesnt work. i emailed- they finally called, and said they dont have a phone # (?). then they said its final, nothing they can do to fix their own fraud.

then they said theyd escalate to a supervisor- they did. he said sorry sales are final. i said that can't be- obviously. he said ok ill escalate it to a manager, and he's not a manager- they're different roles.

then TW responds via email stating that it's final, without escalating to a manager.
so, not only is there no service, no rectification, no refund, no explanation, no resolution, it's COMPLETE FRAUD. avoid at all costs.

Be a psychic and know the future

Make sure you know that your husband who is a firefighter doesn’t get mandated and you didn’t know, because you’re suppose to know the future and you reach out. You contact them 4 hours past the purchase and still can’t get a refund. Make sure you have your senses on so you what is planned before you know it is even a thing. God forbid my husband, who works for our community, gets forced to work. It is already disappointing he works on our anniversary and then to top it off nothing done for a refund… 4 hours later.

terrible customer service.

If they cancel the event it will take months to get a refund without notification about the refund and if you make a mistake and ask for the cancelation, without explanation, they will deny.

$$$ is what this business is, nothing else....

Unresponsive customer service.

Customer service is very unresponsive. I inputted a discount code which was suppose to make my 2 tickets $5EA. I am unsure what happened but, my code did not go through so I got charged $30EA. Ended up paying almost 6 times the amount I had originally had planned. So, I of course went to their customer service team and they told me that they brought this issue with Irvine Improv but, they could not guarantee my refund. I was told I would hear back from them but, I didn’t get a email back so, I emailed asking what I needed to do because I thought customer service forgot. Still nothing before the event so, I went to the event and emailed customer service again and said if I could at least get some sort of compensation. Still no response…. I would have been fine with accepting that I would have gotten nothing but the fact I was ignored and customer service does not get to their emails in a timely matter is frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend using this service. If you run into technical issues you can forget that it will be solved in a timely manner.

No option to purchase ticket.

Their website failed to process the credit card, after 20 min over the phone they gave me no other option. There are no locations to purchase the ticket in person. DO NOT RECOMMEND and this is also a case of exclusion not only terrible customer service

We mistakenly bought tickets for the…

We mistakenly bought tickets for the wrong date. We immediately tried to change them, and were told they were not exchangeable or refundable. Then we realized that we could have bought our tickets on the REAL website for San Jose Improv for HALF the price. The show ended up getting rescheduled because the artist was sick. They issued the ticket for the new date, but the new date was still not good for us. And they still would not refund us our tickets. Our credit card (Chase) agreed to re-imburse us. This company practices highway robbery. I'm glad that the Justice Department is suing Live Nation/Ticketmaster (owners of TicketWeb) for monopolistic practices.

My mother purchased me four tickets to…

My mother purchased me four tickets to see Steven Ho this Friday, July 19 for my birthday. My friends and I took my 18-year-old sister, and apparently, this show was for 21 and over; the problem was that there was no disclaimer stating this information on the actual paper tickets; if there had been a disclaimer on the tickets, I would not have invited her to the venue. At the door, they asked for ID, and when they realized that one of us was underage, they told us we couldn't enter due to the age limit. They directed us to the window and had the attendant assist us with a refund. The attendant did her thing on the computer and said that it would post in a few days, They did not give us an option to stay and send away. I came home and emailed TicketWed to ensure the request was in place. They are now denying refunds, stating that all their disclaimer was placed on the website, even though nothing is on the paper tickets. I find this very upsetting because I lost $400 due to the misinformation on their tickets and what I was told at the venue. I could have sold my tickets to those outside who wanted to purchase tickets. This company is shady and does not care about customer satisfaction. My family and friends are warned about purchasing from this website. So please beware of them. They will take your money and run with it. They can make exceptions and make their customers happy, but in this case, they are choosing to play dumb!

Great Service

I booked some tickets recently and then realized I needed to make some changes. I got a response in less than 24 hours to repurchase and send the new confirmation number for a full refund of the original cost. It was, again, a rapid response with my refund. Perhaps the negative reviews are from a long time ago and they've improved. All I know is my experience was 5 star+ from start to finish.

Tickets delivered 50 minutes prior to concert

Purchases tickets in FEB for a concert in JUNE.

1. Tickets were never sent to me, although a receipt was sent and two notices about the event were sent.

2. I logged into TicketWeb and it said I had no history of purchasing tickets.

3. There is no protocol available that I could find to get a hold of a human to get my tickets. Phones aren't managed after 3:00, emails go unanswered with a notice that there are high volumes of emails (of course - no one can find their tickets).

4. After numerous emails, I was sent my tickets 50 minutes before the concert started, which is nerve racking and ridiculous. Tickets should be sent a MINIMUM of 48 hours prior to the event.

I would not do business with this company again, or if I was required to to get the tickets I want, I would set an alarm on my phone to start bugging them 2 weeks prior to the concert to get your actual tickets so you have time to deal with unanswered emails, phones that go unanswered, etc.
