Complicated customer service buying via…

Complicated customer service buying via giftcode which I received.
Only to be used on the Austrian page which I confused with the .com page.
Further buying a hammock around 100€ above the free post threshold of 30€ I was requested to pay 5€ as the system did not recognize the value payed with voucher…

All on all complicated and slow customer service. Not customer oriented to support and solve requests.

Product is probably way better than the current experience.
