Ticket Tailor is the world's most-loved ticketing platform, trusted by over 73,000 Event Creators across 120 countries. We make it simple and affordable to sell event tickets online, thanks to industry-leading low fees and high-quality, 24/7 support. Last year, our platform processed 24.5 million tickets for events of all shapes and sizes – from the UK’s only floating puppet theatre to pick-your-own tulips in Amsterdam, and sell-out Santa’s grottos in the US. Users can choose between Pay as you sell, or buying credits upfront to save (from as little as 20p/25c per ticket). We also offer 50% discount for charities, and low-price tickets, as well as discounts for B Corps, PTAs, and not-for-profits. And if your tickets are free, so are we. Once a box office is up and running, events are totally customisable, and we offer a huge range of robust features that all come as standard. Think easy product upsells, handy integrations, and a free Check-in app with in-person ticketing, for starters. As an independent business, we don’t have profit-hungry shareholders to answer to. This means we can choose exactly how we grow. To us, empowering our diverse range of Event Creators through simple and affordable ticketing is worth its weight in gold. But we also strive to make sure that every single ticket sold has a positive impact on our team, our planet and in our communities. We call this Growth on Purpose. We're carbon neutral (having offset our entire history of emissions across all three scopes), donate 1p to climate causes for every ticket sold through our Penny for the Planet initiative, and we're proudly a certified B Corp, joining a global community of businesses putting people and the planet first.

Absolutely cannot get any help from this company. Went to buy tickets for a local event, BUT there is someone else's phone number and credit card info already associated with MY email address. All I get is an endless loop of the same message telling me to contact the organizer to have my tickets resent. But this has nothing to do with the organizer or resending tickets!

It's been okay. The app is somewhat confusing to use, but if you can figure it out, it works pretty good.

great customer support, easy to use for multiple people on the check in app

Ticket Tailor has sold tickets for a company called "JenMat". Unfortunately after buying these tickets in December, it now seems that the event never existed.
However the only phone number I can find online for Ticket Tailor is invalid, and when you go on their website the event no longer exists.
I don't believe Ticket Tailor is a scam, but they are supporting scam sellers then distancing themselves from any responsibility
(Also the AI Bot on their chat refuses to speak to buyers, only sellers)
There has been no communication from either JenMat or Ticket Tailor to say the event has been cancelled either. I imagine both Trust Pilot pages will be filled with messages in the next hour or so as people turn up for the event!!

Ticket Tailor company does exist.
However….. they must also take responsibility and stop allowing JenMat to direct potential buyers to the Ticket Tailer site….
JenMat publicise shows and concerts etc and use Ticket Tailor as a platform to purchase tickets through but the events still never happen.
They are postponed!!!
However JenMat productions are clever pick pockets as they do not cancel so they are not expected to provide a refund.
Instead when you are fed up with waiting for a new date that never happens they make you apply for a refund through Ticket Tailor…
And these wretched people then force you find contact details and contact both companies.
No surprise then that no answer to phone calls, no reply to emails and I have sent 23 to both companies since Harry Potter tribute in Coventry was postponed
DO NOT USE EITHER COMPANY
They steal your hard earned money
They are vial thieves and scammers
And yes Ticket Tailor you have already replied to another customer review stating they were reviewing the wrong site… No we are not
You may state you are just a platform for selling tickets however you are allowing a scam company to take people’s money 💰 so that makes Ticket Tailor just as scandalous as JenMat

I like the ease of set up, some things are in funky places and it takes some getting used to. but for small repeating events like ours, it is working really well. I was really happy that the "widget" is way more than a widget and offers the full ticket experience on my site, vs a button that sends folks somewhere else.

It’s so easy for me to use and I’m not tech savy at all I’m using it a few years now

So far the Ticket Tailor software has been smooth. Moderately priced and looking forward to using it with more events

The platform is great. I only gave it a 4 star because i would love if there was an easier way to send out multiple QR codes for one ticket; like the buyer being able to add names and then being sent individual qr codes for each name under a paired ticket. Otherwise I enjoy that the platform is pretty straightforward

I've been impressed with ticket tailor so far. Creating events felt quite intuitive and there were some great features and settings that enabled me to get the event listing to suit my event really well. It also helped to make my events look more professional.
What I find tricker and less intuitive is the billing side of the website. I'm finding it a bit confusing to get to grips with that - how I withdraw my earnings etc etc.
But, overall very happy I went with this platform over alternatives - from a user-friendliness perspective and an ethical one. I've already recommended it to others.

Fronted for Jenmat Productions a serial scammer of non-existing concerts that are always cancelled 3 days before they are due and rescheduled two months later but then cannot be found.

I loveee Ticket Tailor and everything (that I know) they stand for. I love that they’re a certified B-Corp, how easy and intuitive the platform is to use, and all the features it offers—memberships, box office, promo codes, email broadcasting. Most of all, I love the lower cost to sell tickets and the opportunity for charitable organizations to keep as much of their money as possible. The reason we use Ticket Tailor (and made the switch from EventBrite) is because they align with the values of our org and where we're doing. I really appreciate what they’re doing and wish them nothing but success and longevity :)
P.S. I’m officially a Ticket Tailor advocate now and tell anyone who hosts events to use their platform!!!!
