Pure theft.

Literally stole my money. I received only an email, with broken links.
They have already admitted, via my previous review, and by live chat that they owe me a refund.
Customer support, via my previous review, assured me that if I contacted them directly, they would handle it.
I did. Their system still says that my email address doesn't match. Remember, this is the same email address that they sent the non-functional ticket email to, and the one they keep sending replies to.
Live chat also acknowledged that I am owed a refund. Live chat still says that I have to get this from my financial institution, that I need to contact them, and that my financial institution has the money on hold.
My financial institution has repeatedly reiterate that they do no have any on hold, and have done nothing that could interfere with my refund.
My financial institution says that there is no reason that I should not have been issued a refund immediately.
I have been back and forth with live chat and my financial institution several times. Both stories remain the same.
Tomorrow I will pass this matter to my attorney, and ask them to file a civil suit, and to refer this for federal prosecution. Maybe damages and fines will help them get their act together.
This is a criminal enterprise, until proven otherwise.

Several years ago

Several years ago, I purchased tickets through this site for the Eagles - paid 2K, never got the tickets, never got any assistance from this group. In February I purchased tickets for John Berry, thought I was purchasing them from the venue, did not realize it was ticketsonsale.com until it was too late. As might be expected, no tickets, no communication, everything I send kicks back as undelivered. HUGE CAVEAT EMPTOR - TICKETSONSALE IS A SCAM, THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND HAVE A GRADE F WITH THE BBB!
