★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Wrong Tickets, No Refund After almost 3 Weeks

I bought tickets from this company for a baseball game, only to find out they sold me tickets for the wrong night. I contacted them immediately, and they acknowledged the mistake and said a refund was being processed.
That was almost three weeks ago, and I’m still waiting for my money. I’ve followed up, and all I get are vague responses and empty promises. Meanwhile, no refund and no accountability.
Selling the wrong event is bad enough, but failing to make it right in a timely manner is completely unacceptable. I will not be using this service again, and I strongly urge others to be cautious before trusting them with your money.

I really would give them no stars and pave a pathway to prison for this company. They pretend to be the ticket vendor for a venue and then charge exponentially higher prices for the performance than the venue would charge directly. Specifically, The Playmill Theater in West Yellowstone puts on the most spectacular summer shows in the entire area. We were deceived into thinking that we were dealing directly with them. When we checked the American Express record for the show, we discovered that Ticket Center had charged over $200 as opposed to what should have been an $83.00 purchase for 2 tickets. We discovered that they scan tickets legitimately purchased by patrons and resell them since they look exactly like the real tickets. They are being investigated and hopefully charged, but please be very watchful to avoid evil scammers such as these.
