very very bad service actually they are fraud they just show the tickets in low price after purchase no response and no refund after the flight cancel by the gulf air ticket even they didn't reply email and didn't answer the phone call please help me to get my tickets amount back

Absolute joke the service is appalling the rejected me on board yet couldn’t change my flight nor want to give me the value of the ticket also refused to refund me what the heck you people are disgrace

They take the money, but Booking not completed yet..

They were genuine but customer service can use some improvements the problem was The PNR given by them was not correct

I have booked using Wego and directed me to ticketsandhotels. They sent me the tickets and after a day they canceled my booking. I contacted the flight operator who informed me that the PNR number doesn’t exist and I have no reservation. Shame on you Wego you allowed fraud in your app. I could not find a way to get my money also we don’t have branches in my country.

They have charged and haven’t issued the ticket yet. No response to emails and calls. Absolutely unprofessional.
