Tickets Paris2024 

I bought and then had to resell tickets on the platform, I have still not received the money, I’ve sent about 50 emails to customer service and it’s like they can’t solve any problems. I’m getting nowhere and they still owe me over 1,100 euros. The customer service person Paul is the most unhelpful person,

Got scammed of 850 euros for the Basketball men final. I received an email saying that I got my money back on the wallet balance on another website that doesn't exist.

Absolutely terrible. They release tickets at 10am on the day and the events have started or over. They are rare to find anyway and when you click on the available tickets, they aren't there. Resale platform is the same. Absolute shambles. If you didn't purchase random tickets before hand, it is virtually impossible to purchase whilst in Paris. At least we have had loads of time to do cultural stuff instead. Very sad to not see more sport.

Although I have not experienced all the issues the other reviewers referred to, the opening ceremony was a total scam. Unless you were sitting with all the dignitaries, you basically only saw boats with athletes floating by….. for €500 per ticket. The rain made it worse, but it was a bad idea from the start from a spectator perspective…..

I am not writing about the tickets for Paris olympics ( you are lucky) I am writing to it's the worst ever for olympics opening.

Tickets Paris2024 is a terrible and unreliable organisation! I’ve bought wheelchair and companion tickets for cycling time trial. The paris 2024 says you can resale this combination of tickets (companion ticket + wheelchair ticket) with a resale button in the app under your ticket. But no resale button appears. Not under the wheel chair ticket and not under the companion ticket. If I e-mail with the organisation I won’t get an answer on my question. I’ve sent 5 e-mails. Again and a again it look likes a stupid AI computer sent you messages back but not the answer. Now I can’t resale my tickets and can’t contact Tickets Paris2024. Very bad organisation for such a big event!

We bought tickets for the Olympic Games in Paris and Lille in December over App. Since then, we have also booked several hotel stays in Lille and Paris in connection with tickets for sports matches. Yesterday, I discovered through the Paris2024 app that our tickets to basketball match in Lille were canceled without any reason or explanations !!?
Now we are very disappointed. It seems that someone in France is engaged in fraud and theft. We have not received any form of compensation or refund. We want our tickets! !

This website is a scam. Bought the ticket in May and in my account there is not an information abou my order. customer servis is sending the same thing and do nothing about the case. Please avoid!!!!!!!!

Babies and infants will also require a fully priced ticket!! Ridiculous!

Worse ticket experience ever! Communication has been and is extremely unclear, the process from day 1 is so poor, and ticket availability is a scam. Plus pricing is ridiculous. I encourage a full investigation and assessment of the process.

We inscribed for the first draw and we constantly got mails about it. We were “selected” and given a time slot to buy, which we entered the minute it was open, but not one single ticket of the 3 disciplines we selected was available Just a pure waste of time and energy. Shameful!
