I didn't read the long list of strict rules re attending Cowboys and Heros 2026, didn't realise dogs were not allowed anymore. Booked the tickets and was checking the rules afterwards and realised "no dogs" is one of the conditions. So we cannot go without our dog. I literally begged for a refund the next day but was told it was not possible and also the tickets are non transferable. £240; down the drain. Very strict and no leeway from Tickets ie. Absolutely disgusted with the lack of empathy from this company.

I'm confused by the bad reviews, tickets.ie are one of the few independent sellers going up against ticketmaster and help the smaller promotors bringing over more niche acts.

Failure. I was fooled into thinking that a good band was playing, and this is just a tribute to them. He writes a tribute but it doesn't say that other bands are playing. My mistake and oversight. However, when I asked for a refund of the tickets, I was informed that they would not refund the money. Be careful!!! Don't be fooled.

Awful. No contact number available for when things go wrong. Ordered 3 tickets from them for an event and they were never sent to my email.

Horrendous, still using covid as an excuse. Paddy Raff gig cancelled twice, last time in January and despite countless emails, still no refund. Blatanly flouting law and consumer rights and dont give a s***e

Not even worth 1 star!! This site has been an absolute sh*tshow when it comes to buying tickets. If you're lucky and you can actually find a link to the event you're searching for, that's a bonus.

Then by miracle you get to the payment page, it hangs and you get told something random like your address is missing a postcode. Why not make these mandatory fields then!!

You can't buy tickets full stop. You input date and time and just get no tickets. Any artist or company selling tickets with this crowd is crazy.

Horrible customer service and did not warn be about a refund which was refunded to a bank account that I had already cancelled. Horrible to deal with, I am still trying to locate my money also very rude responses.

Gig was cancelled - obviously not their fault. Was instructed to request refund direct from them. Believe I had to mail them twice to begin process as website is poorly designed. Filled out forms as requested. Sent back. Follow up mail asking for timeframe was responded to with a vague generalisation. Website says 14 days. Think it's pushing a month at this stage. Still waiting. Sent another email, their response seemed snotty and vague. Avoid.
