In my career, I have used and evaluated several ticketing systems for different types of organizations. However, I can confidently say that Ticketor is far ahead of anything I have seen. It is well-thought-out and well-designed. It sounds like the designers are actually the day-to-day users of the app and work in a box office. You have everything you need no matter if you are a small community theater, a big venue or arena or a festival. They have added everything you may need in a single place and that saves a lot of time, energy and complexity of the operation.

Great product and amazing customer support

I tried a white lable solution from Ticketor with 1 month trial and paid 149 Euro for that. During the trial period we decided not to go ahead with Ticketor. I tried to cancel the subscription, the system didn't let me do it. I requested the support team to ensure my next bill shouldnt be debited. Unfortunetly, they took another 149 Euro from our account. I requested to refund the 2nd bill, they denied it. Then on my request they deleted my account. After 2-3 weeks, when i asked for the invoies for the two bills, the support said, i will have to pay $200 to get my invoices..what a joke. I literally wasted my time and money...
