While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

No Guarantee with these guys

No Guarantee with these guys. I bought Orchestra tickets for David Foster concert 4 months in advance through this group, and 4 days before the concert they call and say there was a problem and now offer nosebleeds seats instead with a partial refund.
Their website states "100 Guarantee" if you don't get the seats you purchased, they will provide equivalent or better. Nosebleed seats aren't better! I am sure that my tickets were subsequently sold at a higher price because of high demand.
Stay away and use a more reputable ticket agent!
Will never use Ticketoffice.com again

Concert ticket re-seller uses US Funds, beware Canadians

This is a re-seller that sells concert tickets in the US and Canada but only with US funds. As a Canadian resident I ended up purchasing tickets for a Canadian venue with US dollars being charged exchange as well as the re-seller jacked up price. The final result is I have paid over $100.00 per ticket for $23.00 seats!
The only area they advise that all purchases are in US Funds is in small print in the Terms & Conditions!!
They claim to honour their tickets, if I get to the venu and find that the tickets were sold to others and I'm out of luck I'll be back here warning people.
