Not worth one star!!

Not even worth one star, was necessary to be able to write a recension at all, but the app is crap! You cannot buy tickets in another country than that you are resident, else you have to create a new account on ticket master for that country and still not be able to purchase anything because your postal code will of course not be valid for that country, so finally you have millions of accounts on the same app for different country's and still no chance to buy a ticket unless your lucky to have a matching postal code for that country. I work within the field of computer engineering and I am really shocked at how ticket master can fail soo big and still be the only purchase channels for some tickets, I hope the companies using ticket master know about these shortcomings as I am sure that loose quite a lot customers due to this. Like seriously, we live in 2023, not the stone age, this is unacceptable!

Of course you should be able to do so without having the postal code for your country, there was an issue we had and have fixed.

a Friday evening with a show

Actually somehow I am not able to download the app and using the website is not useful all the time. Also all the e-mails come in Swedish and as a foreigner I need to make translations each and every time. It is good to have a huge place for such kind of converts and events however in a theatre the atmosphere might have been better. Not taking the people who were late till some moment might be right to show respect to the actors however at the same time people an easily eat pop-corn just behind your ear. Ticket master works all around the world as far as I know and of course it is popular and useful but not always user friendly.

James Taylor - nothing less than brilliant!!

The concert was fabulous. The venue, Cirkus, is the best music venue in Stockholm. Purchasing tickets and keeping them safe for the 18 months it took to reschedule the concert post-pandemic, applause to Ticketmaster for that.

Still waiting for the refund for a cancelled concert, 3 months later...

The concert in January got cancelled so I applied for refund for our tickets. I finally got an email at the beginning of this month saying that the application had been approved and I should get my money back within two weeks. It is now the end of April and it has not happened yet.

During the last three months, I have only burdened their customer service with one email asking for an update. I got zero response.

I have heard that Ticketmaster is bad. I did not expect it to be this bad... So bad that I registered an account here just to write this review. :(

I never got the the refund (minus the booking fee) from Ticketmaster. Instead I opened a case with my credit card company and eventually got the full amount back, including the booking fee.

So to those who are having issues with cancelled concert, try open a case with your credit card company instead of waiting for Ticketmaster. This way you get back the full amount that you paid.

The worst booking site ever!

The worst booking site ever!

Took me over one hour to book my tickets. Could not do it on my mobile, because some information was not shown on the mobile site so I could not see that there were no available tickets. When I tried on my computer it worked, until I had to log in. But it was impossible, as it filled my email and passowrd both on the login page and the sign up page automatically at the same time. Finally I did reset my password. They mailed me a new password (!?! how secure is that?), but could still not log in. When I open a new browser tab I could log in using the new password and pay for the tickets, but when the payment was done I got a session timed out message, and still no tickets has been mailed to me. How is it possible to have such a terrible site when your business is built around that site.

When someone books tickets on our website, they have ten minutes to complete their booking. We have this system to ensure at events with great booking pressure that people can't hold tickets, so that as many as possible will have the opportunity to buy tickets. Hopefully that answers why you got a timeout when booking.

Next time you want to book tickets using your phone, I'l recommend you to download our app. It will be allot smoother on your mobile device.

I bought tickets for Bryan Adams…

I bought tickets for Bryan Adams concert in Gothenburg 2 years ago, but the concert was postponed two times due to covid. Now we are moving from Sweden to another country and I cannot get in touch with Ticket Master at all to return my tickets and get the money back. The office where I bought the tickets cannot help me, the telephone line is always busy because it operates 9-11 on weekdays, I sent an email to Customer Service but they never replied. Very unprofessional!

Ticketmaster refuse to refund!
I bought tickets at Stubhub.com (where you can buy and sell tickets) for an NHL game that was canceled due to Corona. Ticketmaster transferred the tickets electronically to me but now they refuse to pay back my money. They say they can only refund the original buyer, but he has already been paid by me and he doesn't have any tickets so he can't get any money back either. Ticketmaster has simply stolen my money and I will never buy anything from them again.

As a ticket company we can only help ticket buyers who bought tickets via our sales channels- for example Ticketmaster.se. Stubhub.com is owned by another company and sells tickets second hand. This means that we are not responsible or able to help with those type of tickets - you have to contact the person or company you bought the tickets from.
