I tried to buy tickets for the A$AP Rocky concert in Łódź, Poland for two days in a row. Both times I joined the queue right when the sale and pre-sale started (9 a.m. CET), and both times I failed to buy tickets.
Fan zone tickets were shown as available, but every time I selected them, they suddenly became unavailable. The seating map wasn’t updating in real time, so I had to refresh the page frequently, which eventually led to my IP being temporarily banned. Now I can’t buy tickets at all.
There’s an 8-ticket purchase limit, which is honestly ridiculous, considering that bots are clearly auto-buying tickets nonstop. Ticketmaster’s bot protection is a pile of shit because it mainly hurts real customers, not bots or resellers.
How is it possible that I couldn’t buy tickets two days in a row? Why are only a few fan zone tickets released every hour? I’m convinced that Ticketmaster works with resellers and intentionally prevents regular people from buying tickets, even though there are still plenty of tickets technically “available.”

I paid for the tickets, but got nothing
I paid for the tickets, but the website glitched — the transaction went through, but I never got the tickets. I reached out to their help center, but there’s been no response. By the time (or if) I get my money back, the tickets will probably be sold out. It’s the only Eastern Europe show of Alexisonfire, and I’m so disappointed.

I rarely leave negative reviews unless I'm genuinely unhappy with the service and treatment I've received, but my experience with Ticketmaster Poland has been extremely disappointing. I’ve been a long-time Ticketmaster customer and have never experienced anything like this with any other branch of the company.
After purchasing tickets, I received an error message and nothing appeared under “My Tickets.” Believing the payment had failed, I tried again later and purchased another set. The second set of tickets appeared in my account immediately, as they should have — but the first set didn't appear until several hours later. By then, both payments had already been taken.
When I contacted customer service, the agent's response was abrupt and dismissive. Rather than showing any understanding or willingness to investigate what clearly looked like a system issue, I was met with an unhelpful tone that felt accusatory and unprofessional. Despite following up through other Ticketmaster contact points, I've still not received a proper resolution or acknowledgment of how poorly the situation was handled.
For a company of this size, the lack of empathy, accountability, and basic courtesy is incredibly disappointing. I hope Ticketmaster Poland reviews how its staff handles genuine customer issues with respect and care.
I will never use Ticketmaster Poland again or recommend it to anyone!
Poor Customer Service and Corporate Greed
Overall, my experience with purchasing tickets through Ticketmaster has been disappointing, both in terms of the website functionality and the customer service I received.
When attempting to buy concert tickets for a venue in Poland, I started on the Danish Ticketmaster website, which redirected me to the Polish site. The website itself was poorly designed and difficult to navigate, making it challenging to locate the correct tickets. Furthermore, it was not possible to enter a Danish address during the purchase process. When I reached the payment stage, I was unable to use a gift card I had received from family. After a lengthy and unhelpful exchange with their fan support, I eventually discovered on my own that Ticketmaster gift cards are only valid within the specific national branch where they were purchased — in this case, Denmark — and not across Ticketmaster’s international network.
What stood out most, however, was the lack of professionalism and empathy in their customer service. Instead of receiving clear assistance or an explanation, I had to repeat my issue multiple times. The tone of the correspondence felt dismissive and, at times, even sarcastic. I was left with the impression that my concerns were an inconvenience rather than being taken seriously. Overall, the representative demonstrated little understanding of my situation and offered no real effort to find a solution.
Lastly, I find it disappointing that an international company like Ticketmaster limits the use of its gift cards to local markets. This policy gives the impression of corporate greed rather than customer care.
I fully understand why more and more venues are choosing to move away from Ticketmaster. I also doubt whether I will ever be able to use my gift card — or whether it is even worth the effort.

Verification phone code for Ukrainian numbers doesn't work, terrible app. Support did not care saying they can't do anything to help me sign in.
They don't pay for your resale tickets!
I resold some extra tickets through their website. The tickets are sold already, but after two months, I haven't received my payment. Customer service keeps telling me to contact my bank, but my bank says they never received a transfer from them. All the "proof" from Ticketmaster looks sketchy, and my bank says they are not sure it's legit. Scam!
Awful service
Awful service. Ticketmaster causes more problems than it solves.
Ukrainian phone numbers can’t receive verification codes — it’s impossible to log in without a foreign number. Tickets bought on desktop don’t sync with mobile. The app isn’t even available in Ukraine.
Even the ticket transfer system doesn’t work properly. I sent a transfer to my girlfriend — she saw the tickets in her account, but after refreshing the page they disappeared. Now we have no idea how she’s supposed to attend the event.
Ticketmaster is a frustrating, technically broken service that shows zero respect for users outside a few select countries.

I had an excellent experience with Ticketmaster Poland. After accidentally purchasing concert tickets for the wrong date, their team kindly and efficiently exchanged them for the correct performance, all at no additional cost.
While the only minor inconvenience was having to submit a request via their online contact form, I fully appreciate that this ensures all relevant details are provided from the outset, making the process smoother for everyone involved.
Overall, I’m genuinely impressed by their helpfulness and professionalism, a great example of customer service done right.

Seat double booked
My seat in the 5th row for the concert of Lisa Gerrad in Warsaw was double booked. Venue staff wasn't helpful. I had to seat 2 rows further instead of with my husband. Ticketmaster poland doesn't see any problem, customer service wasn't even able to say sorry or sign email with their name or refund a ticket at least partially. But really apology would be enough. Really appalled.
The event seemed to be over sold, poor viewing, audio and seating experience
The event seemed to be over sold. A lot of people could not find a spare seat during finals. Some were left standing, other took seats on the stairs. Heard others left to watch the finals at home/apartments they rented. I personally only found a seat that was in the bleachers where construction beams blocked more than 50% of the stage (I have some photos and video of that experience), the seat it self was a wooden Soviet era school seat. Also the viewing angles were simple put - bad. The screens for in game were not the best. Audio duplicated, could not hear what the casters were saying, audio duplication was causing a bit of a head ache.

But at least the atmosphere was fun. Fans were engaging with games, a lot of chants.
