We worked with Ticket Butler recently for a small event we hosted in Dublin.

Nishita was incredibly helpful in getting everything sorted and ordered, even though we only decided to use a ticket printing service late into our planning.

The onboarding and service were excellent, everything worked flawlessly. Even with international shipping, the printer was on time and the return was flexible as our plans changed. Can't thank Nishita and the team enough for providing a brilliant service at a far more reasonable cost than many of the other providers we looked at.

I tried to buy ticket fo a concert and their system is so slow and ask the same quetions again and again , but its impossible to move n on paying. Never experience something so bad, is selling a ticket online rocket science?!

I have had the pleasure of both working with Mads and using Ticketbutler in connection with various events. With more than 10 years of experience coordinating and running various events, Ticketbutler and Mads have arguably been my most professional and best experience so far. And I've tried a wide range of ticket services, believe me! That is why I give the best recommendations of both Mads and Ticketbutler, to all event organizers in need of a fantastic system, service and innovative mindset!

In 2018, we needed a platform that could sell different tickets at different prices and also, that allowed one user to buy more than one type of ticket, while registering the names of the end users for each ticket bought.

Mads was greatly accommodating, our talks were frequent and always solution oriented. They set up the platform for us several times due to constant delays in the organization of the event but we ended up canceling the event altogether, and reimbursements had to be made.

The back-end interface was easy to use and Ticketbutler was very fast at incorporating our design and text.

Ticketbutler helped us customize the design of the tickets but they also helped us set up a sales system that was needed for the special needs of our event.

All in all a great company with great professionals. Highly recommended!
