They are the worst. I am older, not savvy enough to know I had to check on scammers. I made a mistake to get tickets with them. No willingness to do the right thing and refund.

They took my money but the "seller" reneged on providing the tickets.... They decided not to tell me and I only found out after trying to reach them on the day of the event. This was $1000 order.

HORRIFIC. DO NOT USE! SCAM. Trust me.

One star is way too high for this shady company. They are scalpers to the end, I am talking at least 200% or more. Their customer service is a joke, I’m surprised they even have people to answer the phones, I almost think no answer is better than the help they give. Avoid! You are better off buying scalped tickets at the door.

Bought tickets thru Ticket-Center. They sent a link to transfer the tickets to TicketMaster to enter the venue. Link didn't work. Called their customer service, and they said they would send another link. Didn't work. Said they would follow up. They didn't. Called back the next week. No help at all. Terrible.

I will preface this review by saying this is an honest review of my experience w/Ticket Center. Summary, the tickets were valid, at 4x's more than the going price!!. I bought tickets for Stevie Wonder thinking I was buying from Ticketmaster..that's on me. A couple of weeks before the show I got an email that that the tickets were available for me to retrieve. Initially the link didn't work. Customer service was responsive with more troubleshooting solutions than I think I should have to contend with, but we were able to get the tickets which were sent to me via my Ticketmaster app! The tickets worked...my issue is that the mark up was 4x the price of tickets on the day of the show. We couldn't sell them because people could tickets much less via ticketmaster. I get capitalism....but at some point a company should be ethical in their pricing. My Caution: They've paid to be at the top of the search in Google, beware and go to the venue when buying event tickets.

ETickets didn't work at the door and they had no fix. They claim they will open A ticket and get back to me in A week. Scammers.

I ordered tickets for wrong date by accident at 400% more than the ticketmaster venue. I thought it was ticketmaster this place is a total scam and rip off.

This company is a scam….we attempted to buy seat to see a show at The Paramount, Huntington, NY & after giving our credit card information we were informed that we had no seats, standing room only & purchased admittance to the venue.
We were instructed by the venue to dispute the transaction thru our credit card which is what we did…after several weeks we were informed by our credit card company that the ticket center came back with all sales are final even though they misrepresented what we were purchasing.
Be aware if this scamming company & if you use them or any other secondary ticket company, read all information & then don’t use them unless you want waste your money!

SCAM ALERT!! I wish I could give them a zero. They cannot give me access to my tickets but want to keep my money. Saying the proof I accepted is the email. What? These people are a SCAM. They want to keep my money and not give me access to the tickets. Not OK. Fight for your refund. I am.

This site is, in my opinion, a complete Rip-Off! I will never use them again. I purchased two 81-dollar tickets. They charged me a service fee of 26 dollars for each ticket! On top of that, they charged a 10-dollar "service fee" for delivery! It was a PDF download! I am looking for a full refund of the tickets (the show is months away) I do not see anywhere on their site where I can do this. DO NOT use this site if you do not want to get ripped off.

If there were a "zero star" that would be my review. Total scam! Ordered Portland SeaDog tickets from them, on August 8th, paid for them and the game is tonight and no tickets. Talked to customer service 3 times to no avail and all the reps do is give you the run around. Totally bogus! Horrible, do not use them

This is a terrible terrible site that takes advantage of people, charges ridiculous fees, and uses payment platforms to get money for their illegal and unethical practices. I bought tickets on what I thoughts was the Denver Center for the Performing Arts site, but quickly found out the site was a front (made to look like DCPA) for ticket-center.com. As soon as I realized my error I blocked the purchase on Paypal, and messaged the seller that I was not going to follow through on the purchase. The seller never responded, and charged my PayPal account anyway. DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE CROOKS.

they are currently selling the same tickets for a touring musical that are available at the venue -
the price (including a $51 service fee per ticket) is 400% what the price at the actual venue is (where tickets are still available!!!)
They do advertise them as 'second market' and prices may be higher than the advertised ticket price.
