Perfect! I changed from white bleached toilet paper to unbleached around 6 months ago with a different brand, we got on ok with it but it did seem a little rough… when it came to renewing my subscription I had a look elsewhere and realised tiboo (which I normally buy other bits from) did the toilet paper at the same price and 1 ply thicker. I cancelled my old subscription and signed up to tiboo. It was delivered within two days and I am so very pleased we did change. This toilet paper is as soft if not softer than your chemical laced white toilet rolls and is septic tank safe. We were that pleased with the outcome we then went on to subscribe to their kitchen rolls which again, are strong, absorbent and seems there’s a lot more on a roll that the supermarket rolls. They all come wrapped in lovely packaging and are in twos so you don’t have to worry about them getting dirty or anything. They have a nice pattern to the rolls themselves too. This company is by far the best with not only price, quality and value but customer service too. Any questions and they are there to help. Very friendly so if I could give more stars, I would!! 15/10 stars for tiboo and its customer service. Will definitely use again and will definitely recommend you first for anyone searching. I’m hoping to try more of your products soon too. Thanks again for such a pleasant experience.

Great concept and great execution. I needed something flushable if my customers accidentally put that in the loo instead of the bin. Great alternative to blue roll and eco friendly too - all packaging is recyclable. Never heard of cane disposable wipes/tp before. Subscription is a ver handy feature.

Customer service helpful , the only thing that let the experience down was Delivery, which is outwith Tiboo’s control
was terrible and I have contacted DPD directly regarding this

The company seems great. I like the products :the foaming handwash refills are convenient and good to use. The bamboo toilet rolls are beautifully presented (you can reuse the outers as wrapping paper) and the rolls are larger than normal and the sheets are sturdy.
The only reason I’m scoring 4 is because it took DPD several attempts to deliver, because they had somehow got the wrong address for me (they were trying to deliver to a numbered house though our house has a name). But someone from Tiboo rang me and sorted the problem out professionally and quickly.

Ordered some boxes of tissues, arrived quickly and it’s lasting a long time. We don’t mind that it’s not bleached.

At long last, a company who tells the truth! Flushable and environmentally sound tissues 🙏🏼
