Bad customer service (no replacement of a damaged product nor my money back)

I received a damaged purchase (a trash can, Rotho Paso), and I made a complaint about it with photos on the same day it was received. I was asked to destroy the product with evidence, and I have done everything they have asked for! It has been 20 days and my complaint has not been resolved. I have requested a refund many times, but they do not reply to this request. I will never buy at ThuisBijAmy again!
