I'd stay away
I used Thuesens Møbeltransport for moving out of an apartment as well as cleaning the apartment for delivery. They seemed to have good intentions and honestly try to deliver what they were hired for, but my experience was far from professional. In summary:
- We had booked a time for them to see my apartment and give an estimate on the costs for moving and cleaning. They did not show up, they did not notify me. I had to call again, ask what's going on, and arrange for another meeting.
- We had agreed on 2 movers. Only 1 mover showed up, and worked tirelessly by himself for about 3 hours. I was informed that all available employees had called in sick. After 3 hours a second mover showed up and the two finally delivered, no problems from here on with regards to the moving. But the process did take longer and cost more (my own rough calculations).
- The cleaners had done a terrible job, the apartment was in no state to be delivered on the check out date. I was told they had some challenges with limescale in the bathroom, so I suppose they spent all their effort in that. But the rest of the apartment was dirty, dusty, and with little-to-no signs of cleaning. I had to pay extra fees for delivering an uncleaned apartment. The company did deduce that amount from the invoice they sent me, but I did find the amount they had initially charged quite high, especially given the state they delivered the apartment to me.

Hi Andreas, thank you for the review. I am sorry for your bad experience as i also told you several times during the incident.
Regarding the moving, i was struck by bad luck with two colleagues calling in sick( i only needed one) with an hour notice. I did my best during the 3 hours to get help and still make progress for you. You got a discount because of the trouble/stress the first hours, we agreed upon that on the day, i think you saved 500-800DKK for that, even though you did not ask for it. I did not see you mention that we got delayed because of your painters and wet walls at the new address, but we still finished faster than my original estimate. I really tried hard that day to make everything work.
The billing for the move ended up 1.000,00 DKK cheaper than my estimate.
Regarding the cleaning, yes we experienced a lot of hardship with the limescale in your bathroom and the condition of your owen. I also saw the pictures you send and there were mistakes made but the cleaners had definately been around your apartment but obviosly not well enough. Because of that you got the full amount for the extra bill (2.157,81 DKK) you recieved discounted + approx 950,00 DKK more for the inconvenience. I told you i did that because i was very sorry for the trouble. Further more the amount of time you got billed for the cleaning was also discounted, we came by 2 times extra free of charge to try to soak some of your bathroom and oven.
Yes we had problems and your experience should have been much better. But i'm not sure its completely fair that you tell people to stay away when i did everything in my powers to please you and compensated you well and fairly. I would have wished you wrote an email to me about your questions regarding the invoice i would have loved to clarify in advance.
Again i can only apologize for the inconveniences, i tried to handle it as well as possible everything considered.
