Love thrivin, I have every single color 💕

My first package didn’t arrive there was a little issue. Super happy with the costumer service they send me a new package with a extra pair of leggings, because of the delay.

I was lucky enough to deal with Kevin…..Outstanding customer service.

I ordered two on the straight leg scrunch bum pants very comfortable and figure hugging which I like I did get a pair of legging for free I wore the leggings once for 15 minutes and the seam on the scrunch on the bum part ripped not too happy with that but I didn’t have to pay for them so I would just be aware of that incase you order

Amazing clothes, fit great, great price and I love that the leggings are available in different waist lengths and leg length! Great quality and makes me feel great in the gym!
Long delivery which I don’t mind, but had an issue with a refound for a return, however, the customer service was 10/10, so helpful, detailed and straightforward. Got help from Jomarie, lovely and service minded!
Would’ve rated 4/5 just for the inconvenience of the refund, however the amazing, star quality of Jomarie and their customer service definitely bumped it up to a 5!

Not only are the leggings amazing quality, incredibly comfortable, and so flattering, but the customer service was just as exceptional. Joanna went above and beyond to help me with my exchange, always getting back to me as quickly as possible and keeping me updated throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated how kind, professional, and helpful she was every step of the way.

It’s rare to come across a company these days that genuinely cares about its customers, and this experience reminded me just how much of a difference outstanding customer service can make. I felt valued, listened to, and supported from start to finish.

I absolutely love the leggings and will definitely be purchasing from this brand again in the future. There is no photo of the product shows that there is and elastic band around the hips so it’s uncomfortable to wear even though I bought it XL

After completing my order I had mistakenly selected the wrong size and I requested a size change before the order gets shipped. Thankfully Ronnie responded incredibly fast and they were able to register the new size for me before shipping. :)

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

The leggings are made from an exceptionally thick, heavy fabric, which was not clearly described on the product page. Had this been communicated properly, I would never have purchased them.

The biggest issue, however, is the return process. The return shipping cost is almost as expensive as the product itself, which is absolutely unacceptable. I have never experienced such expensive return shipping with any other online store.

Because of this, I cannot recommend shopping here.

Though my first experience with Thrivin was not successful, as there were difficulties with delivery and I didn’t receive my parcel in the end, I had a great experience with the Support Team.

First of all, I love Thrivin & their good quality gym wear. But their service!! Amazing.

This time I had a little inconvenience with one of the leggings I ordered. There was a loose thread and they ended up breaking. I sent them an email and quickly a girl named Nina helped me after I sent a few pictures of the product and size. She made sure that I ofc got my pants back in same size and colour and then she even added some extra % for the inconvenience.

I absolutely loved the products, literally. The colors were exactly the same as shown on the website. They are also completely squat-proof, so if you have any concerns about that, don’t worry. I was worried about it before ordering as well, but they are definitely squat-proof. The fabrics are incredibly high quality.

Before ordering, I had read the reviews, so I was worried that the items might be too small. However, I am 178 cm tall and weigh 68 kg, and size M fits me perfectly. I normally wear a smaller size, but I ordered one size up.

The products took 2 weeks to arrive. To be honest, I had read the reviews beforehand, so I was expecting this delivery time, and it wasn’t a problem for me. However, you should place your order knowing that the delivery may take this long.

This is my first time purchasing from their website, and even though I haven't received my order yet since it was placed less than 48 hours ago, I feel I have to leave a positive review for their customer service.

I accidentally ordered the wrong model, so I immediately contacted them to ask if it was possible to change the item, as my order hadn't been processed yet (it was Sunday). Lorence was incredibly kind and helpful, doing everything possible to accommodate my request. After speaking with the relevant department, he managed to change my order at the very last minute. He was absolutely amazing!

I truly hope that, once my order arrives, the product quality will be just as satisfying as the outstanding customer service Lorence provided.
