Having ThrivePass as a benefit with my company helps me to be more proactive in reaching my fitness goals. I can order home fitness equipment or get a gym membership and i know that i will be reimbursed for the expense. The website is easy to navigate and the reimbursements are very timely.

Quick turn around

I needed clarification if a purchase I made was allowable, I was able to send the question to the website, (there should be a voice call option,) and within a day I received the email with my answer, submitted my receipts and was approved for reimbursement.

I appreciate the variety of items and…

I appreciate the variety of items and experiences that we can submit for reimbursement. Although I find it comical that ThrivePass will not reimburse for books related to job training, but it will for a course in an international location! However, the reason I am not giving it a 5 is because I have had multiple experiences where my reimbursements were denied, because the reviewer did not read my comments or attachments correctly. Therefore, I feel that I have to add extra details of exact dates when things took place, which adds work and time. I also wish that the system would recognize when I am putting in payments to the same person or company that aren't recurring.

Fast and easy reimbursement process

Fast and easy reimbursement process. The only change I recommend is to make the "Reimbursement" option more prominent. Otherwise, it was a quick turnaround time on the reimbursement request. Overall I am very satisfied.

ThrivePass was exceptional

ThrivePass was easy to navigate and use. It was easy to upload receipts and get a confirmation they were received. The approval was received quickly and if more information was needed it was clearly communicated.

Cobra removed despite working with support and paying my fees

I had Cobra through thrivepass through my employer, then when that ended I tried getting a part of my coverage removed so I could afford it. It took weeks, phone calls, and emails to get it removed. To which I was informed that I took too long to make payment, so my cobra was removed and there was nothing that could be done. I then emailed them, to which they said that my cobra was reinstated. I made all of my elections, setup payment (now that it was 70$ and not 700$) and appeared that everything was good. Now suddenly all of my coverage has been revoked because I didn't make any elections when I did make them... Just avoid these people.

Buggy tech

1) Claims indicated no direct deposit account despite me having added one and being able to see it in my account.
2) Their help form did not work to send a support email.
3) Their claim status is unclear. Some say approved even though they were paid, some say paid when they have been paid. Needs to be consistent. Submitted->Needs Receipt->Approved->Paid

Easier than I thought

The process seemed cumbersome in the beginning and I didn't know if I had the proper proof of payment; I uploaded proof per the requirements and received reimbursement very quickly.

a sigh of relief

What made my experience great was the response and the instructions in getting the reimbursement that was set up through my company, that I didn't even realize I had until the very end, and it came at the right time at Christmas that was a surprising Christmas gift, thanks ThrivePass
