I signed up with Thrive360 for the quarterly plan and generally, their leads were solid. However, there was one instance where I was assigned a lead that turned out to be more trouble than it was worth. This particular lead required an excessive amount of effort and still didn't pan out, which was quite frustrating. While most of the leads are good, this one bad experience was a headache and took up a lot of my time. That said, for my fellow realtors, Thrive360 may still be worth a try, as the majority of the leads have been helpful.

Using Thrive360's services has been an interesting journey. They are capable of generating a high volume of leads, which is commendable. However, some of these leads seem to lack engagement and need considerable encouragement to move forward, which takes up extra time and effort.

Save your money! Their sales people and customer account managers are very good at telling you what you want to hear. I had written a similar review on them in the recent past and John called me shortly after, again telling me what I wanted to hear so I removed it. Yet again, they don't perform. I received more so called leads. for example, one buyer had just filed bankruptcy and had maybe $3K. Another was looking for a rent to own. Another had 10K Lira or about $292.00 for a down payment. 3 were outside of my area, which was originally discussed with John's predecessor, and the last one received before telling them to cancel my account, was a duplicate of the only lead that I had actually paid them for.

Thrive360 has been a good lead generation platform I’ve used so far. Their AI system sends me leads that are ready to buy, which has significantly increased my conversion rate. It’s an essential tool for any real estate agent.

I was searching for my first home and connected with an Mr. Ward through Thrive360. I found my dream home in less than a month!

I’ve used other lead generation services in the past, but Thrive360 stands out because they focus on providing genuine leads. I know that when I reach out, the clients are ready to engage. Great service!

Buyer beware! After months of talking with "shaun" at Thrive 360 and hearing constant promises about their service and what they could offer, would back up, etc. I FINALLY decided to utilize Thrive360 for leads. I was on a minimal budget, so I wanted to do the short term, most cost effective plan at the time - with the understanding that if the service proved successful/reputable - I would increase my plan and the duration. I was told I would receive 9-12 leads in my preferred zip code and secondary zip code, and additional leads could come from other areas within a certain radius. The leads were said to be ISA verified, scheduled, up to 3 zip codes, exclusive, and 24/5 support.THAT-NEVER-HAPPENED.

In fact, at the end of my contracted period (end of August), I had received much fewer than "guaranteed" leads, NONE of them were accurate. Most were over an hour away, in areas where I had NO access to MLS info, etc. In addition, I NEVER received a single lead from my preferred or secondary zip code. I never even received a lead in the same town in which I live and work. The only "lead" that I accepted, I had to do so before it "expired". I paid $40 and all the "verified info" was in fact INCORRECT. On the other leads that said they were verified (in neighboring counties an hour away) it listed the clients as having high credit scores and high budgets. When I'd make contact with the clients, they 1. were NOT in a healthy credit range, 2. Did NOT have a budget that allowed for a home purchase, and 3. WERE NOT even looking to buyer. They were looking for a rental property, or in one case - a CAMPER/RV rental.

After I wrote a review at the end of my contract period saying "buyer beware", I was contacted by "John" from Thrive 360 who told me he would extend my contract by a month (at no additional cost) and since I'd paid $40 for a bad lead - he would give me my next 2 referrals FREE - and that in the remaining month, I would be sent the remaining 7-12 leads to make up for the lack of the originally guaranteed leads for my contract period...IF I AGREED TO TAKE MY NEGATIVE REVIEW DOWN. I took my review down, but NOTHING changed.

Wanna guess what didn't happen? He never delivered on his "promise". I'm at the end of the "additional period" and I received ONE lead - for a gentleman in bankruptcy, wanting to rent an apartment. Period. So - I paid Thrive 360 $500 for NOTHING. Do not waste your time on this company and their false promises. I will know better going forward, and plan to let the hundreds of agents I'm on social media platforms with know as well. MAJOR disappointment. #SCAM!

Update: I've been contacted by 6 realtors (nationwide) this week alone, asking about my experience, and thus deciding against this company (Isn't it ironic that they want to offer free services IF you'll take a negative review down, and that after you leave a negative review based on actual experience, they suddenly have several "invited, positive reviewers")?!?

Started with Thrive360 three weeks ago. Received a lead 2 days ago, it looks promising. Also, their web portal is incredibly easy to use and access.

I've been using Thrive360 for about two months now. Haven't closed a deal yet, but the quality of leads is promising. Feeling optimistic!

If Thrive360.ai has been in business for years and have thousands of customers, why are there only 7 reviews and all of them good? Sounds really fishy. If anybody has had a bad experience, please speak up. There are realtors who are hungry for leads from a reputable marketing agency who won't rip us off. I get scammed at least 3 to 4 times a year and Thrive360.ai sounds exactly like the scammers with the really pretty believable website and content. In the end I pay their fee of $499 or $1099 and that's the last I hear of them. If you are a real realtor who has had good results as in a real sale, please provide me with the client's name and number so I can verify the truth by calling them and verifying the sale. I need proof of real sales to do business with Thrive360.ai. I will verify all the info of that sale.

Read these reviews! Theyre obviously written by thrive360! They all sound the same! 😆 The customer service is great!, when you leave a bad review. Somehow when I left a bad review, they had a seller lead 30mins later that wanted 300k over what his home was worth. Do I believe that they were able to find someone wanting to sell their home in my exact zip code in 30mins to 1hr after I left a bad review? After almost 3 months I was offered 5-7 leads maybe? Didnt get close to a listing appointment. This IS a legitimate Real Estate lead company. The leads have been few, but they are real leads. So I know that Im very good at converting leads and beating out other agents interviewing. So far most of the people answered the phone and some seemed like they were wanting to sell the home themselves or just curious. When I get buyers, they've been looking for dirt cheap homes, but never converted. I feel like it would be possible to get a good lead, but nothing.

In just three weeks with Thrive360, I've experienced success in real estate. The initial lead they provided turned out to be a potential seller, and the prompt service and high-quality leads have exceeded my expectations. I signed up with thrive 360 on Nov 18th my acct Managers name is David Rogers and so far I have received 6 leads out of which I just closed my very first lead today . This program is totally worth it , I will Surely recommend Thrive360 to everyone.
