Big scammm!! Beware!! At the entrance gate, they stopped us going in citing they cannot accept 3rd party tickets, so I had to buy at the gate again. And after reaching out to customer service, they denied refund citing these are non refundable tickets irrespective of the usage or entry acceptance at the gate

I was not aware that quick pass will…
I was not aware that quick pass will not allow the entry. Once I went to yas water world I was not allowed inside as this is quick pass. I had to buy a new ticket .
I called customer care and asked if they can refund my money or change to entry ticket. The customer care lady was rude and said that i made mistake and they cannot refund. I am unhappy as I spent 180 AED and it got wasted.

This company scams you out of your…
This company scams you out of your money. They supposedly send me the Harry Potter tickets, which was not true, asked them 3 times about why I did not receive a ticket and only a voucher they kept saving it was the ticket. Fast forward to the event day at the studios they didnt allow us in because these scamcons did not send us a ticket instead send us a voucher to be able to visit next year. They are a bunch of scamcons and refuse to pay money back. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THEM BE WARNED!

SCAMMERS AND FRAUDS
Horrible experience. THRILLARK is a SCAMMING COMPANY. They sold me unavailable tickets and spoilt my plans for the day. NEVER BOOK FROM THRILLARK PLATFORM. No response from customer service. I never had such a bed experience from any online booking portals. They lure people by offering massive discounts and once they get the money in their accounts they play games. Shame on such a company. FRAUDS.
