I ordered online and my credit card was immediately charged. Then they texted me 2 days later saying they were out of stock in white and offered a different color unless I wanted them as ordered and they would ship in 10-14 days. They let the charge stand however and when I challenged them they said the charge was “automatic”. I threatened to report them to Amex and they immediately cancelled the order. I hope I get my money back.
I had multiple issues with this company. First was I paid for expedited shipping which ended up having no effect on my delivery date. Second I ordered a five pack of their products in Neutral coloring and when they arrived two of them were definitely only intended for females. When I emailed about this I didn't hear back right away and before they responded they change the description on the site to support them doing an exchange. Then they tried to trick me into sending back the products I didn't want but not with enough of a refund to replace them it took three emails to get this out of them. Third the products all leak and according to them this is not a defect that justifies a full refund with me returning all the products. Fourth all the seems at the belt line are coming apart.
UPDATE
So i left this same review on their site the same day of this original post and it has yet to show up as of July 3 2022. So it looks like they are blocking negative reviews.
