I was at my wits end and debt piling up and not knowing where to turn. Then I found IVA help and Thornton Shepherd. The help and assistance I received from first Donna and then Lynne was first class. I would recommend for anyone in this same position. They made it all so easy and don't judge. Absolutely first class!!

Speaking to Donna lifted a lot of weight off me very courteous and extremely helpful respect for Thornton sheppard and associates for putting me into breathing space thank you.

Donna is great, very polite over the phone and always available over whatsapp for anything i need. everything was explained well in detail to me, and i can now look forward to a debt free future with a weight off my shoulders.

Chris was very helpful and understanding. He explained everything to me and waited until I understood before moving on.

Absolutely amazing! Very informative and helpful... replies quickly and will always be polite and kind on the phone! Exactly what they say will happen happens and helps as much as they can! I highly recommend if anyone is struggling to go with these!

I contacted in the week with not really a clue where to even begin, I had a brilliant advisor called Donna helping me and being so patient. She has helped me lift a weight off my shoulders that had me worrying on a daily basis!

Absolutely fantastic! I love the personal customer service. I left briefly to go to stepchange and after a month went back as I felt treated more as a person with care and sensitivity and understanding rather than a number on books who has messed up. And always a reply to your calls with familiar people who already know your circumstances without having to explain every time to a different person. Would highly recommend as I don’t feel I’m paying a debt more a bill which takes the stress away . Brilliant!

I have used Thornton Shepherd twice now and although the situation in using them is to sort out my financial debt, first time being of high value, which is stressful and emotional, Lynne and Carole have both been absolutely brilliant in sorting everything out professionally and with nothing being a big issue to them, I would only recommend this company if you need to sort financial debt out.
