Don’t waste your money and time If you're a suspended seller.
Thompson & Stein confidently promised that my account would be reinstated and claimed they had direct escalation channels with Amazon’s executive team.

After weeks of back and forth, they kept assuring me that the case was progressing and told me to wait 14 days. I was never provided with any actual proof of escalation or contact with Amazon executives, only vague explanations and reused templates.

When I asked for a refund, they first agreed to process it and said it would appear within 5–10 business days. That refund never came. Later, they refused the refund, citing a 60-day policy despite promising it earlier in writing.

Their responses became repetitive and dismissive, and they tried to redirect me to open a new account instead of fulfilling the original service I paid for — which was to reinstate my existing account.

My produce my own jewellery and Amazon suspended my account because I could not provide the invoices. I made the mistake that made jewellery showing names of celebrities which I understand now is illegal. I tried to appeal myself multiple times without any success. If you're a suspended seller hoping to get real help, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Their communication may seem professional at first, but their results and integrity did not live up to expectations. I deeply regret trusting them with my case.

I did a lot of research online before signing up to Thompsonstein. I was surprised that many appeal agencies charge 600 or even more than 1000 usd for getting a seller account reinstated.

Thompsonstein has packages available I was also to able to afford. It took around 10 days for getting my seller account reinstated. Steve was helpful, emails were answered within 12 hours, i think this could be a bit faster but I am still happy to have my seller account reinstated.

My experience with this company:
I saw this comapny online to fix my amazon seller account. I like their moneyback guaratee, but after unsuccessful of reviving my amazon seller account, I asked for money back but they only returned only 50% of the fees.

The process started as, fill in this template and mail to Amazon headquarters in Seattle.
I get no response from Amazon headquarters, I reach back to Thompsonstein, they told me to include another letter but this time include an additional document instead. In my head, Im wondering why they havent advised me earliar to include the attestion letter. it cost me extra mailing fees and time. before you know it 60 days has passed and they want me to write another letter and include another additional document. Im so fustrated and only wanted my money back, they claim theyve serviced me and will only return half my money.

This experience left me feeling scammed, and it wasted a lot of my time. I hope other seller avoid this company.

I am a long time Amazon seller, last month Amazon suspended my account due to an alleged multiple account violation. It turned that somehow my seller account was linked to an other account because I used my friends laptop to log in Seller Central. The issue I had to proof somehow that I am not linked to that other account.Thank good this was a pretty straight forward process to proof that i never owned or operated an other account. It took around 4 days for my account to be reinstated.

Amazon is my only source of income so I had to get back seller account. I tried to appeal myself multiple times but unsuccessful. After I signed up with those guys I was told my account will be restored within 48, but it took 1 week in total, which I believe should have been faster. But I am still happy that my selling privileges were reinstated.

Fraud!! avoid this scammers! This webiste is scamm. Dont make a payment at any cost.

This is a fraudulent website—do not trust them. I made two payments on behalf of my friends, yet they provided no assistance in reinstating our Amazon selling account and refused to issue a refund. Each time I reached out, they responded with lies. Avoid paying them at all costs.

I was under so much stress about my Section 3 "violation" and later deactivation of my account despite having all the correct and submitted documents that Amazon requested. I received an email warning from Amazon saying we violated a policy and we had 72 hrs to respond and appeal before the account would be closed. I used them last month. Steve provided me with a strong appeal letter which helped to get my seller account reactivated. I believe Amazon makes the who appeal process way to complicated. It's is really hard to understand all the the requirements set out by Amazon by someone who does not have a lot of experience in appealing an seller suspension.

While they did provide multiple appeals and affidavits, at the end of the day my store was never reinstated. This company displays a 100% money back guarantee (the reason I chose them over many other companies) on the front page of their website, but buries the 60-day clause in fine print, that you have to search for. They also don't respond in a timely manor making it easy to surpass the 60 day mark. People were nice but they didn't do what I hired them to do.
