Mark Russel Manager - professionalism & courtesy

Mark Russell the manager of this Estate Agent was extremely courteous on the viewing of the house and showed excellent, exemplary & professionalism.
I offered a price for the House on 12th Aug 2024 during the actual viewing with my family as he answered all my questions and assured me of the specific details.
I went back the next day as agreed on a Sat am and posted the formal letter. Unbeknown he came to my house and surprised me with the offer being accepted.
Thank you Mark and to the supporting team to realise my dreams in such a quick time to prevent unnecessary uncertainty.
