Been trying to collect a few invoices…

Been trying to collect a few invoices from a few clients, and they were just blanking men sent an LPD and got my money back and interest and compensation one one at letter stage and the other paid up at court action stage with all the cost and fees and compensation so it cost me nothing.

I can confirm that I have not received…

I can confirm that I have not received any email or letter.

I will be taking formal action if the certificate is not issued and marked on my credit file that the CCJ is paid and removed completely as the payment was received within 30 days.

Please provide in writing immediately.

I am unable to get through to ParcelHub Accounts department and I am not the only one: other clients facing the same issue.

Thomas Higgins the same unable to get through via telephone asking to email, but NO response.

REMOVE THE CCJ URGENTLY – FINAL WARNING

I used these to chase an outstanding…

I used these to chase an outstanding debt owed to me. Very good service very quick to issue letters etc and I had a positive response. My only problem is it is internet based and you can’t speak to anyone on the phone. But that’s the modern world sadly. 5 stars from me as I got my money within 10 days of instructing them

Not taking responsibility solicitor

I am writing to request your assistance in removing the CCJ from my credit file. I have fulfilled the payment requirements for your case on behalf of your clients. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. It is crucial for me to resolve this issue as I am currently facing difficulties in securing a rental property due to the presence of the CCJ on my credit file.

I have attempted to contact your office multiple times but have not received confirmation that the necessary actions have been taken. I urge you to review the information you have submitted and ensure that it is accurate and complete. It is essential that you fulfill your responsibilities diligently and professionally in order to avoid causing further inconvenience to your clients.

A very positive experience

We needed to use the services of Thomas Higgins recently, the first time we've ever had to go down this route to recover a commercial debt.
We were really impressed with the service they offered. The online portal was clear and easy to use, and the process was well explained throughout. Most importantly, we recovered the full amount owed within just a few weeks. A slick and speedy result, we're very pleased.

35 years ago..

35 years ago... I used to use Thomas Higgins to get some of my customers to pay up! A letter before action cost us £1.00. And it was incredibly effective for such a small price. Now that LBA is £25.00! Luckily I don't need them anymore. Is £25.00 still great value? but regardless, they get 5 stars for their work 35 years ago. Before the internet...
