Had a repair done to a diamond ring. Service was great. Very quick and excellent job. Staff very helpful.

Friendly, helpful. Popped in to try and get a pin for a watch strap, left with them for an hour and they fitted the new pin and repaired a broken link.

In recent years I have had a number of repairs done on various pieces of family jewellery and silver, and all the work has been of the highest quality.
The last job they did I had thought impossible. It was returned as new.
All work has been done significantly cheaper than the other quotes obtained for the jobs.
The social skills of the staff are also excellent. Dealing with them has been a delight.

I got a chain mended here, it was very fine gold and I’d been recommended to go here to get it done, I wasn’t disappointed, i got a text the following day to say it was ready to collect and it was a first class job.
I will definitely go back here, some beautiful jewellery in the store.

They offer a wonderful service and they also work so well with you the customer and listen to your suggestions for a design and between yourself and the very talented jewellers the results are stunning pieces of jewellery. I visited this beautiful jewellers whilst staying with friends in Derry. A treasure trove! Although I didn’t purchase on the day, they have a great online shop and I ordered the earrings I had been admiring, a few days later. Highly recommend an in-person visit or peruse their website.
