The worst store I've encountered in my life.

I bought a guitar that was supposed to be available for shipping within a week or so. However, after a couple of weeks, nothing was delivered, and nobody contacted me about any issues.

After I sent them an email, they told me to wait one more month.

A month later, the same thing happened: they asked me to wait another month.

The following month, they still hadn't sent a single notification, and when I inquired about the status, they told me to wait even longer.

Completely unprofessional and useless store.

Zero Goodwill. I bought unfortunately 2 items double. I set a music studio in Spanin but i needed to go to Germany for a while, i set up the studio a few weeks later. I did not check all the items inside - so I thought all delivery is ok (the studio desk for example has to cartons for 1 desk - but there were 2 desk I bought without beeing aware) Now I want to give back the items 60 days later, unpacked.Yes its my mistake. And I asked for good will. They stick with theire, rules its only 30 days possible. What happens with the goodwill of a company. Where is the disadvantage for Thomann. Never ever Thomann again !!!

My order was delivered very fast and in perfect condition, the communication on how my order was proceeding was fantastic, I will definitely use Thomann again without hesitation.

Absolutely trustworthy - and if they get it wrong, i.e.: something gets damaged in transit or they mix up and order , they will sort it out. Great prices, love the service. Read reviews before ordering things you don't know, helps a lot with making the right choice.
