Do not use this company. I placed an order (order number 5313) they did not send order because apparently item was faulty. I had made payment already. They agreed full refund and nearly 2 weeks later no refund has been made to my account. They are now ignoring my messages and choosing to keep my money. I will be raising a case with my bank and also reporting this sham company.

I recently ordered the white premium thobe, and let me just say, the attention to detail and the craftsmanship is second to none. Unlike most of these thobe companies that claim to produce cotton thobes but then you find there’s polyester in, this company isn’t like that.

The fact that they are made in the UAE emphasises the attention to detail. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new thobe to add to their collection.

I normally purchase tailor-made thobes from the UAE because I’m very particular about fit and quality — but this time, I needed a few more on short notice due to travelling to the haramain soon for Hajj this year. I never buy thobes online, so I didn’t expect much — but this one really took me by surprise.

The fit was perfect, just like a tailored thobe, and the quality is actually better than some of the custom thobes I’ve bought in Dubai. The colour is beautiful and exceeded expectations.

Only downside? None of the other thobes I liked were available in my size — otherwise, I would’ve placed a much bigger order!

Highly impressed and will definitely be back when stock is in.

Very disappointed at this company. Ordered from them and decided to return as they have a returns policy of 14 days. Messaged them on their website and social medias and they didn’t get back to me and won’t give my money back. Do not recommend. Will be escalating issue.

The customer service and the delivery time was perfect! I ordered a Thobe and it came in the wrong size. I messaged them on Whatsapp as soon as I received it and they were willing to send out another size the same day and it arrived the next day, just in time for Eid!

The quality of the thobe is perfect it looks exactly it is in the pictures.

Seller was very easy to talk to via WhatsApp. He allowed me to make adjustments to an order I had already placed. Thobes fit as described by the sizing guide on the website, I love the unique neck fastening - better than zips in my opinion. Jazakallah!
