The vision of the company is very worthy. However I am disappointed with the product I received. I ordered a dress and waited the 5weeks I was told. It has just arrived and is going straight back.
The quality of the fabric is very poor and the fit is poor with huge puffed shoulders which are not apparent on the site. It is very creased and looks like something I could buy at one of the cheap discount stores. I won't be using this company again. This is such a shame as I really wanted to support such worthy aims.

I have just received my first purchase. It took a little while longer to arrive than standard websites, but given the production line (which is one of the selling points) this was to be expected; it took maybe two weeks (give/take) after placing the order for he product to arrive. I am happy with my purchase. It fits well, and compared to products I'd buy on the highstreet (or online equiv) is well priced.

Ordered on 17 th February, still no updates.
As they have taken my money, I expect some updates as to when my order will arrive.
Not to be recommended and I will not order again.
Hopefully I will get my money refunded.

I have had the denim dress previously and was very pleased so I ordered the Maddie dress in February and I have been told that I might not get it until the end of April. ! That is a ridiculous time line and I don’t understand why it’s taking so long.I have contacted the company and they responded with apologies.
I have made to measure dresses from China and delivered within 6 weeks.
The dress was for a holiday and a special occasion and I’m so disappointed.

Never again will I order from this company. When I ordered I was told it would take about four weeks which I was happy with. I’m still waiting and was told yesterday that it would take another six weeks from now!!!!!

Beautiful dress 1st ever Denim Dress at 71 yes old .

Waited so long I couldn’t recall what dress I ordered. I did complain and was offered a refund which I accepted only to be told in the follow up e mail I was too late to cancel. I’m still waiting for my order from the beginning of March. The event has gone and I will be returning the item on delivery. What awful service. The concept is good but the service is awful

I have been waiting nearly three months for a pair of trousers. I understood the order would take time but not that long. I am not sure I now need these trousers as we head towards warmer weather but it will cost me nearly £10 to send them back tracked.

I was really taken with the ethos of Unfolded but I have to say was still very sceptical. Well I have to say I am more than a convert. It really works! I have seen dresses I fed back on become reality, I have purchased, swapped, recycled, joined the community and genuinely I love it. The clothes are really good quality and the designs and fabrics are super. The customer service is first rate and knowing that you also do some good by wearing great quality, comfortable clothing - what’s not to like?

Really lovely clothes with a sound ethical foundation. My dress (Maddie style) took a while to arrive (but within the stated time) and I appreciate that this is part of the company’s “made to order” ethos. A very lovely dress that fits perfectly. Hurrah!

I have to admit Ordering from this company was a shot in the dark. I don’t think I’ve worn a dress for 20 odd years! My first dress arrived and I was afraid to try it on, but then got fed up seeing it hanging in my wardrobe so took the plunge and it’s just wonderful…. wore it to go out for a meal the other night…. so comfortable and easy to wear, and even without the rest of the weight (which I am planning to lose) the dress still fitted me. Now I’m waiting for a top, trousers and more dresses to arrive. Yippee!!

I have recently discovered this company & it’s now my favourite go to for beautiful dresses! I love the fact that it is a Scottish company with an environmental focus to try to combat the waste mountain of clothing. I have just ordered my fourth dress & I’m very excited to wear it to work & then over the summer with flip flops & funky earrings.

I ordered on line the confirmation came explaining that it would take a long time to come and the reasons but it was well worth the wait well made, good quality material beautiful colour and great fit 👌

Just love this brand. You may have to wait a little while for the dresses to come but that’s fine. The ethos behind their sustainable business is great. I have two dresses currently and another on order. They fit well, they wash well - what more can I say! Love the different size and height models as it really helps you to see what the dresses look like in real people

I’ve looked for a long time to find a dress that I actually think suited me and that I felt confident in failed until now. This dress from Unfolded is not only very beautifully constructed, the quality of the fabric is superb and it fits perfectly. Delivery takes time but it’s worth the wait. I respect the ethos of Unfolded and I don’t hesitate to recommend this company

Apart from 1 dress that was in the sale all items took far longer than the few months they stated.
I ordered 1 dress fitted nicely but waited months for it, a pair of denim trousers looked nice at first but the stitching showed and material poor quality after washing. I can no longer wear them.
I ordered a dress in the sale, no where near fitted.
Black trousers returned poor quality.
Dress returned, same size as first dress which fitted, this one was about 4 sizes too small around the bust, bottom fitted nicely.
Still waiting for a fleece top ordered months ago.
I have spent over £25 to return items.
Occasional updates, we have the fabric, it’s laid out ready to cut, just a load of nonsense.
Save yourself a lot of stress.

Im so glad I found unfolded. Their dresses are the most comfortable I've had. The fabric is beautiful and the styles are so flattering. I've never felt so confident.

No communication regarding progress of my order since ordering on 8/3/26 - that’s 20 days ago.
Disappointed up to now.

The customer service from Unfolded has been excellent. I made a mistake in the delivery dates for my second lovely Maddie dress. I wanted this for my Golden Wedding event and it wasn’t going to arrive in time. I contacted the support team and they were brilliant, responsive, efficient and resolved the problem and my dress arrived yesterday in time for my event, 4 days from the day I first contacted them. It’s perfect and I’m so appreciative of their assistance. Will definetly be ordering from this company again.
