Horrible customer service when there’s an issue with your order 😖😣 extremely slow response and they make you jump through hoops over an error that they made. Hopefully they end up correcting the issue at some point. Will update later

They deleted my review for their leggings and blocked me from posting another. Poor fit of their leggings, the seam has awkward placement and waist band loosens when bending over. Cute sets for walking around in, not for working out. Misleading return/exchange policies and nightmare customer service. The website says they allow exchanges, but the customer service rep said they don’t allow exchanges from the US, which doesn’t make any sense. The return portal doesn’t work, and I’ve now missed the window to return. I bought the set during a sale, and I’d now have to pay double just to get a different size because the sale is over. Cost $9 to ship to me, but $30 to return ship. Not worth it.

I contacted customer services with no response from them for the last 4 days, I placed an order on 25th November and today12th December I still have not received it. The tracking shows the items were delivered to warehouse in Ruse, Bulgaria but from there there’s no updates. And the order is not completed. This is a present for Christmas I spend over £130 for and still not even a response or any help has been offered from this is SEFI

There is no reason not to give the best review. SEFI manages to go beyond expectations. Keeping up the excitement about new colours or collections dropping, having the best fabric, setting trends. Always loved it and since I shop with SEFI I dont think I bought clothes anything from any other sports brand.

Absolutely LOVE my SEFI pieces with my favourite being my timeless cocoa brown zip jacket and leggings set. Perfect for the gym but also out and about feeling comfortable and stylish at the same time. Plus they wash really well too 👌🏻. You can really tell how passionate Stef is in the design process to make each piece so functional yet luxurious. I can highly recommend SEFI to anyone looking for good quality timeless pieces that will elevate your gym wear but also your wardrobe 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

I adore these products. With so many apparel brands out there, it can be a struggle to figure out the best place to give your money in order to help you look and feel your best… I’ve loved every piece I’ve owned from SEFI, and can’t wait for my next purchase!

I absolutely love Sefi! The clothes perfectly balances comfort, quality and style. Every piece feels thoughtfully designed - the fabric feels amazing on your skin, it is soft and flexible and it moves with your though the workout seamlessly. There is a lot of attention to detail, the legging fit is extremely flattering to any shape of the body and the colours stay vibrant. I worn Sefi sports wear from yoga to high intensity training and the clothing held up beautifully every time.
Beyond performance, Sefi also makes me feel confident and motivated to fit the gym or get out for a long walk. Its clear that the brand has a vision and truly cares about their customers needs which is not just feel comfortable and confident while moving around but also feel sexy while doing it.

Very good quality products! The buttery feel of some of the leggings are unmatched to other companies, and the quality is very good. On some occasions I have caught the leggings against something and there is no snagging or even a mark. These leggings really do last and are so comfortable and stretchy.

All the Sefi products I’ve bought so far make me feel confident, feminine, and strong! I can’t recommend this brand enough.

SEFI is my absolute favorite sportsbrand.

The clothes are made out of comfortable fabric and look so stunning. Right now around 95% of my sport clothes come from SEFI and that won't change.

Great material, everything fits well

SEFI is my go-to sportswear brand! Really love the fit of every piece and it's really flattering for my figure, fits in all the right places. High quality materials that don't pill or see through. Couldn't recommend this brand enough!

The delivery is always fast and I’ve never had any incorrect or missing items. The quality of the clothes is amazing, I have a piece from almost every drop and they’re all in amazing condition still. My only issue is because they’re a small team their customer service is a bit difficult to get ahold of but they’re very helpful when you can pin them down!

I actually think the quality is better than lululemon. I love the unique styles, they make me feel so elevated and confident. I really struggled to find cool activewear that had good quality I could actually work out in before. It is a shame their best pieces sell out fast. I've missed out quite a few times on things I wanted.

I love all of my SEFI pieces - I wear them again and again. They are timeless and the quality is amazing, with zero pilling or stretching of the fabric over time. I definitely feel most confident when wearing SEFI as everything seems to just hug in the right places.

I did return an item before and had no issues, the process was very smooth.

The SEFI pieces I own are truly timeless items in my wardrobe. The style and the quality is unmatched, I live in the pieces from the Timeless collection and they still look like new. Their customer service team is also impeccable. I always recommend SEFI to everyone.

My favorite short ! So flattering I can't cope
