Excellent customer service, excellent knowledge of specialists.

I just had a wonderful massage with Pete. He took me from going 100 miles an hour to zen in just an hour. Not only is he a fantastic practitioner but he knows how to put you at complete ease. He genuinely cares about his clients and you can feel that in both your mind and body.

I had always been skeptical of chiropractic care but London Wellness Centre has blown all skepticism away with their high-quality chiropractic care. I originally went in for a shoulder problem that wasn't going away and only getting worse, by the end of the first session I could see a difference already and within a few months not only was my shoulder back to normal, it was stronger than it was before. At the time, I was a goalkeeper and my coach could also see a significant difference in my abilities. I now go in for regular check-ins to keep me on top of my physical game, I'm definitely converted! Ben was professional, confident and it was clear that he knew what he was doing. I highly recommend, especially if you are a sportsperson as he also has a background in PT and an interest in sports himself.

Have been going to London Wellness for 7 years and am always satisfied with treatments received. Both chiropractic and massage are far better than anywhere else I've been. Definitely recommend to all friends and family.

I was on a business trip in London and after a few days of hard work with much walking I got this pain in my left hip which gradually grew unbearable to a limp. I was feeling miserable and called my Chiropractic doctor in Shanghai who recommended the London Wellness Centre and I booked an appointment immediately. The doctor who treated me was Anthony Putrus-Schnell. He did a physical check up in my first treatment and figured out the pain and the numbness which came afterwards was caused by pressed nerves from L4/L5 on my spine. A long haul flight with uncomfortable sitting postures, a bed too soft at the hotel, too much walking, the coldness - the slight injury to the spine could be attributed to many complicated factors. After finding out the root of the problem, Dr Schnell did chiropractic treatment targeting the specific location on my pine and I could feel the difference right away - the pain was less severe as the slightly slipped discs were put back and the limping was much reduced. I went for a second treatment the next day and the limping became much less and the pain in the back bearable. I managed to do some walking during the weekend instead of lying down in the hotel before flying back thanks to the doctor. I myself have benefited from the chiropractic treatment in the past few years and it had took away my left lower back pain completely and greatly improved my neck curve. I was so glad that in London I could find the same treatment again for a sudden and urgent condition. Dr Schnell is obvious very professional and experienced and did very thorough examination by testing reflex and responses etc, He also explained clearly how a certain disc on the spine is connect to certain nerves and how pain or difficulty in certain motions was caused. I am back in Shanghai for a few days now and have visited my own Chiropractic doctor again and felt much better now. Thanks to the regular chiropractic treatment I've been receiving in the past few years my spine adapts faster and I slightly heal sooner than most could. I hope this review can help other people who have back/neck/other spinal problems. Chiropractic works for almost all those common daily pains caused by an unhealthy spine.

Had moderate lower back pain and went to try for the first time what chiropractic treatment is. Was offered plan of ten sessions which seemed to be too much and more as selling action. Second chiropractor went to in this clinic seemed more reasonable.
Also my health questionnaire was lost so had to go through paper work and questions/assessment twice.

I highly recommend the London Wellness Centre. Marthine has been very caring and I feel safe in her hands. I'm very happy with the progress we are making.

Excellent team! Practitioners are so knowledgeable and caring and take time to talk you through your treatment. They really care that you get results and you literally can see the results sometimes in a single session which after years of a problem is amazing. Ben is awesome! I was referred to him for mid-back pain which is already so improved and in addition my hip and shoulder issues are resolved (when I hadn't even thought about this being the solution for those).

Excellent service. The results I've had from just two sessions of chiropractic have amazed me. Really lovely staff. Holly has been great at talking me through the mechanics of the back and has helped in alleviating my chronic lower back pain.

The booking service (operated by someone else ) isn't working that well as misses the friendly and established contact that we had before. Alot of things feel very commercial and although whizz bang , lose out on the close and friendly and knowledgeable contact that we had before. The business is built on relationships... the more 3rd parties are put in the way the weaker those relationships feel.
You have a great chiropractic and alternative therapy service , please don't over commercialise it.

Excellent care at London Wellness. I always thought my headaches were down to dehydration, my eyes or just bad luck. It turns out that with some simple exercises I can prevent them entirely.

The practioners in this clinic are true believers in their profession which is great, and when coupled with your trust and belief would bring the best result i guess.

I did not have that much of the belief as it was my first experience with chiropractic treatment. Was full of hope when came in as suffered a lot from lower back pain. Took 8 sessions in total but did not relieve me from the pain, and on two occasions was actually feeling worse after the treatments: had to call the ambulance as pain level was above my tolerance limit, and on second occasion went to A&E for pain relief.

When MRI did not show nerve compression, tried to put the argument forward that there probably some other underlying issue triggering this pain. Was given rather general justification even at the senior level in this clinic that people's bodies react differently to treatment, that it may take longer than expected to get to the point of pain relief, and that MRI in 30% of cases may not be precisely correct... Well, you saw my body every time i came, so would expect something more specific to my case.

People trust their health when they come to you, so please be extra careful with it.

Just one month on after stopping with LWC and focusing on right things I'm forgetting about my pain, back to my quite hectic life and can dance! I would not be able to achive same result with LWC.

P.S. Massage sessions (had them with Pete) were still great, and all staff in the clinic very friendly.
