I found my self member of this4kitchen without applying for membership and filling in any form. They have been taking membership fee from my account without my approval. To date they have taken 105,40 Euro and every month they continue to do so. I have been trying to get into contact with them to cancel this membership. They blocked the website for my entrance. I want this fake membership to be banned and the amount taken from my account to be refunded.

So further to my 1 star review a few months back i got an email from "phoebe" in the "quality assurance team" pleading with me to remove it in return for the full refund i was entitled to anyway. I'd get half now when i removed it and she would then persue the dept for other half afterwards. I said no - refund me now in full and i'll consider it - cue a few more emails trying to convince me otherwise and then guess what ..... nothing.... no refund, nor further emails and quite obviously no honesty, ethics or intention of doing anything like they said they would. Avoid - obviously like the plague....

By means of an e-mail campaign, I found myself subscribed to this4kitchen without meaning to. I immediately requested that the membership be cancelled and through the courtesy of Elsa who took care of my request, not only was it cancelled, but I was refunded the payment I had made.

I disliked the fact of automatic payments going through.

Good escalation support by Paula, hoping to get full refund of US$ 10.02 on 21-5-2024 and US$ 2.00 on 18-5-25, at the earliest.

He understand my concern though I'm frustrated. I just don't want to be charge for that kind of membership if I don't know your site at all. You took the money before the other site im trying to order something. If my bank didnt notify me. How will i know what kind of charge im paying for auto renew!
