A lovely cloth boutique, I’ve had good luck during my visits and have got hold of some nice dresses, though there’s a limited lineup. Today was a great experience when they allowed me to mix two sizes, the top and bottom that fit me were from two sizes. That was cool. Overall I like this place

I have just made an order, and accidentally sent it to the wrong location. I am trying to get in touch and keep getting a bounce back from the contact email on the site. Also, the website mentions an online chat, but that doesn't exist.

Can someone please get in touch, or how did you guys get in touch with the website?

I never receive an email confirmation of my order for a clock, and there is no way to contact them because the email they provided on the website can’t be sent through, extremely dodgy, and no phone number at all.

I’m calling my bank to report a scam and take my money back.

I ordered their 3rd Eye Slippers which took forever to arrive and I have had these slippers for less than a month now. The quality of the slippers is appalling for how much was paid and the claim that these slippers are Italian leather.

After 2 hours of use I noticed there was a bit of tearing from me wearing the slippers. After a week after having these shoes and only wearing them for two days as I was worried about these shoes ruining further and 23 days later the whole inner sole of the shoe is destroyed from casual use.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of these slippers for the amount that was paid.

The delivery took much longer than expected, but everything else was a great job.

Bad service … I ordered my dress in April & till now i did not receive any thing .. they told me it will take only 2 to 3 weeks to ship ….!!!!
I wont recommend ur site to anyone

Disaster to deal with. Zero accountability or trust worthiness. My orders were placed months ago and I still have no clue where my money or peices are.

I sent an email asking the shipment status but no response.

What I meant above was I also sent an email again on 5/25, asking the shipment status again but no response. Thank you.

I purchased a blanket from Thirteen Thirtyone, and it took a few weeks to arrive in the UK. I understand things take a while to ship from another country, especially during Covid, so the long wait wasn't a huge deal, but if you're in a rush to get something I would be wary. Unfortunately, though, the item is not of great quality and is already losing threads and unraveling in places. Also, the "blanket" itself is basically a glorified beach towel. It is made out of terry/towel material which is just weird for a blanket. I will keep it and use it for the beach, but I am disappointed in the quality and poor description of the item, especially for the high price. I don't think I will be shopping here again.

Quality products, beautiful designs, uniquely grecian, great service. My colleagues at Vet4Life got me a leaving gift from the site. Delighted!
