We were surprised to read your review, as our records show that we responded to your return request on the twenty-sixth of February, less than twenty-four hours after your initial enquiry.
In that correspondence, we provided your unique Returns Authorisation Number and the full instructions required to send the item back to our London warehouse for a refund. To date, we have not yet received the item or any further communication from you regarding issues with the process.

Refund postage required for return
I ordered a XL orthopaedic boot cover which unfortunately was too small to cover the boot. However upon asking for a refund I then later found that unlike other companies the recipient has to pay for the return?. This wasn’t made clear upon the initial purchase?. However the quality of the was very good.

Original, branded Theraband resistance bands (1.5m) for light-medium training
I have had difficulty buying original Theraband resistance bands as many sellers offer other brands or looped bands. Think Sport offered a set of light to medium branded latex bands which are perfect for my needs.
I have MS and until recently used an older set that includes red and green bands but, following hip surgery, I need to do exercises to combat MS "knee kiss" and the lighter yellow band is ideal for building strength without compromising my hip. I chose the set of 3 so that I could use 2 red or 2 green for a wider range of full body exercises as I get stronger. The bands are each 1.5m/5 feet in length which is perfect for using as they are or tied into a loop. They come boxed with a general care/instruction leaflet.
Shopping with Think Sport was easy, the website is uncluttered, and I appreciated the updates about my parcel and its tracked delivery. The bands came well packaged within a few days.
