Ties Homveld the design consultant who did the free at-home energy assessment was excellent in explaining everything about the whole process to go solar and was very knowledgeable in reassuring me about any concerns I had which was what was stopping me to go solar previously. Going through Think Renewable was a stress free experience to go solar where the team did all the applications/paper work and was very good in keeping me updated all the way throughout the whole process.

After spending countless hours comparing quotes from various solar companies and receiving complex advice on a subject I had no prior experience with, the time came to choose the right company. Making this decision was surprisingly easy as Think Renewable stood out for multiple reasons. Unlike other companies, they didn't pressure us and patiently addressed all our questions, instilling confidence in our choice. The installation team, led by Josh, was truly fantastic. When we encountered a minor issue with damaged roof tiles, they promptly resolved it by purchasing and fitting new tiles as part of their excellent service. Thanks to Think Renewable's professionalism and organization, our nervousness about getting solar power was put at ease. Without hesitation, we highly recommend them to anyone in need of solar solutions!

We had a great experience with Think Renewable from our initial meeting with design consultant Alex Harrison, who we found extremely informative & personable through to the instillation team who arrived on time & were very efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend this company in the future.

Your salesman was pushy and tried the sales pitch that really annoyed me. Even after I told him I was busy working. I had to Google his company patch later to find out what the heck he wanted, I have solar and batteries and simply not interested! When asked what he wanted he reiterated the old sales pitch. Somewhat arrogant and offhand.

Very professional with great communication and transparency.

Only downside was the communication of when the Solar panels were to be installed. Said 8:30 and the rocked up at 13:30z

From the moment we had Edward the representative for Think Renewable, knock on our door to a consultation with Ties explaining in detail about how solar is going to work and benefit us, to the team that came to install the solar panels the whole experience was seamless! I can highly recommend them.

The whole process went very smoothly. From the time we had our presentation by Alex, to the installation by the boys and discussions afterwards with the ladies in the office. Installation was completed in a day. We are half way through our bill period and now look forward to what the actual savings will be. It's also nice to think we are lowering our carbon footprint. Highly recommend Think Renewable to anyone contemplating Solar Panel Installation.

was Told certain trusted installer was coming on install day was totally different company this made me very nervous. overall, the system is working, however as i already had a system i was told very confidently the 2nd system would wipe any bill and generate some credit unfortunately this Did not happen so now, I'm financially worse off due paying for an expensive system and a power bill.
most annoying part Alex was told he could provide a monitor to watch my usages very closely the one provided was not anything close to and can't be used once solar shuts down useless.
as for Communcation in office after install to concerns or problems told will get back to you and never did.

this could have been a great experience if we got what was offered.

We had a great experience with George & Ollie, setting up the meeting was easy and our experience with Ollie the design consultant was very informative and we felt no pressure just great information for home owners. Really friendly and helpful and good communication! Thanks so much for a great experience, we look forward to getting our solar installed very soon.

They started really well with a competitive quote and installed on time. However we have had 3 failed inverters now and replacement has dragged on for months. Very poor customer service response, no working inverter, no end in sight. I would be weary as they seem to only care about the installation and if anything goes wrong they are not any good at resolving or communicating what the issue is.

From the cold call by Rory, the consultation with Ed & Ben, the install by Akl Electrical and the office staff, Sarah, Harpreet and Dani it has been a pleasure to deal with Think Renewable. The install happened well within the time frame and was done professionally. They completed all paperwork needed to connect with electricity supplier and system has worked perfectly since day one. Any minor hiccups were dealt with quickly and professionally. Could not recommend this supplier more highly.

Great communication from start to finish, turned up to install when they said they would. Would reccommend to everyone! Was not sure we would do anything to begin with but after analysis and help from the team, we realized it would be beneficial for us to go solar, and glad they knocked on our door to check if interested.

They failed to turn up to install twice. Ended up getting a few quotes a found a cheaper more reliable company. would not reccommend.

Ed was super helpful, knew his stuff and was easy to deal with. The installers arrived when they were supposed too and from start to finish the whole job was very organised. Would highly recommend Ed and his team.

The day of the installation was great, the installers were very friendly and helpful. The system was installed professionally and I have the ability to monitor the energy production and amount saved each day. Overall great result, thank you!

From our first contact with Think Renewable Pry Ltd through their young lady cold calling to ask if we would be interested in discussing the installation of solar panels to the team who actually installed the panels the experience was pleasurable. Amber,Jack, Sarah, Elia, Ryan, Adam and Richard were all extremely professional. They answered all our questions and did what they said they would always in a timely manner. The after sales service through Harpreet has been exceptional. We are really happy with the choice of panels and would recommend Think Renewable to anyone contemplating the move to Solar.
