Would give them minus 10 if it was possible. Ordered via Tesco - waste of time. Just avoid completely as you'll without any doubt be on the phone or email trying to get a refund that won't ever arrive. Luckily it only cost me £16 but I will never order anything from anywhere again without checking reviews first.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The worst customer service I have every experienced. Bought some metal posts/stakes from B&Q - Thinkprice as a verified seller through them - who knows how as I don't think anyone who has used them would verify them. The stakes were advertised as 1.5m tall- they were only 1.15m tall. We have spend 2 months and over 5 hours on the phone/emailing to try rectify an error that was entirely THEIR FAULT! And they just move from excuse to excuse. 3 times they have said they would arrange to collect the incorrect item and have then never turned up! They asked us to travel over 70 miles to return the item ourselves despite it being entirely THEIR error. They originally promised the correct item would be sent - only to let slip a month later that they don't even stock the item that was advertised so was never going to do so.
Please just avoid at all costs - and B&Q should consider who they "verify"

I purchased a soft-close toilet seat via the B&Q website, which I later discovered was dispatched by Thinkprice and supplied by a third-party seller, VIVO (Unit 11, Genesis Business Park, Rainsford Road, London, NW10 7RG).
The item was delivered promptly, but when I fitted it, I realised it was the wrong size. I immediately began the returns process within my 14-day window. Initially, I contacted B&Q, who then directed me to VIVO. VIVO instructed me to book an Evri collection, which I did, and I sent them a photo of the packaged item with the return label attached, as requested.
Evri collected the item on Monday, 21st July. It has now been almost a month, and I still have not received my refund.
I expected better from B&Q and their associated sellers, but this experience has left me disappointed and questioning whether I can trust them in the future.

Cheap and nasty. Very lightweight wood. Was not rot-treated - I had to spend time & money on buying an eco-product as they recommended, and doing the painting myself. No plastic lining material. A thoroughly shoddy item. Poor value for money for an expensive item. The Seller is opaque, impossible to deal with as he seems not to even read complaints properly, and I have now got to get my money back through Ebay/PayPal. A third-rate product and a seller to avoid.

This company is owned by Vivo Technologies in China. They sell on eBay with only a 30 day return policy. So IF under the sale of goods act for 1 year your product fails, eBay are in no way helpful. It's a lottery if the product you purchased goes wrong, or need replacing after 30 days you have troubles as 'Thinkprice' fail to respond to any communication! So ⁷BUY WITH CARE!!!

Bought a set of solar lights on Ebay, they never arrived on the date stated, messaged the company who couldn't really be bothered and was told to wait a few extra days and then they might do something about it, they eventually arrived but 3 of the lights were broken, messaged them again and they have literally taken the absolute p**s, constant messages back and forth, was told a replacement would be sent out, 2 weeks later absolutely nothing, messaged again and all I got was a refund and no explanation other than the replacement conveniently got lost in transit. This is nothing but a joke of a company who genuinely couldn't care less about customers or customer service.
