I was looking for a new ThinkPad to replace my aging T560 to both take to site and run a newer version of AutoCAD, so had done a fair amount of research on models and spec etc.
I really liked the detailed and honest pictures & video on the thinkpad mike website so waited until he got one in.

I ordered on a Friday evening and it arrived really quickly on the Sunday, packaged well and in fantastic condition. The laptop is really clean, runs lovely and quietly with the fan clean / new thermals and all as described on the website. The battery has exceeded my expectations and it has performed flawlessly running AutoCAD / AutoCAD architecture 2026 without stuttering, excessive fan noise or extreme heat.
Overall I'm delighted with the purchase and the service I've received from thinkpad mike and would highly recommend purchasing a used thinkpad from him.

Prompt delivery, really happy with the laptop, clearly been well checked-over and fully working – unlike some higher-profile refurbished laptop sellers, who send out the laptops largely unchecked and hope for the best (or even charge extra to check the product fully before sending). Highly recommended!

Excellent seller, the laptop was exactly as described.
The price of the laptop is maybe slightly more than what you would find from other sellers but the difference is worth it given how well prepared the laptop. Delivery was fast.

I´m very happy about my purchase from Thinkpadmike. Not only is the ThinkPad as described, Mike did more. I asked him to replace the SSD with a bigger one. This meant also installing Windows again. On this occasion he saw that the internal battery dropped too far for no reason, so he also replaced the battery. All of this didn't delay the delivery. Super fast! From orders to delivery: excellent service! In the future I will first check Thinkpadmike if I want or need to replace part.

So Friday afternoon I emailed Mike asking for suggestions on which machine he thought was right given my needs. His reply was extremely helpful, and I chose a model from the list he suggested. I ordered it Friday night, and it arrived Sunday morning, which stunned me!

The laptop itself is in perfect condition, it seems like a bargain at the price, and even the battery appears to be in great condition with over 6 hours charge showing.

So many thanks to Mike, and this amazing Lenovo Thhinkpad!

I've bought two laptops from Mike, one last year and one a week ago. What I value about his service is you know the devices have had a thorough check over and any issues found have been dealt with. I would rather chose a used business laptop from a few years ago over these "disposable" devices offered by the big companies nowadays, these things were built to last and to be serviced. Mike takes all the worry out of buying a device from someone else say on Ebay because each unit has a full description on the condition and what he's done to it to bring it back to be ready for it's next owner. Highly recommended and I will definitely use his site again in the future.

I've now bought three computers from Thinkpadmike, for myself and for both children.

They've all been excellent, and his descriptions have always been totally accurate, which makes choosing one much easier. When I have asked him questions replies have been quick and comprehensive.

Delivery has always been quick and well packaged. I've recommended them to several friends.

Mike has been very helpful and supportive with my aim to get a Thinkpad T480 that'll be able to duel boot Win 11 and Linux.
(The Linux installation is for me to do on the Win 11 ready machine.)
His comms have been prompt and friendly with all my questions and requests for upgrading a T480 in his store answered and addressed.
He kept me informed of progress with the upgraded Thinkpad arriving sooner than estimated, in very good (as advertised) condition and all functioning as described.
And it was very well packed and protected!
