Horrible experience
Absolutely horrible took the test chose the one time fee and ended up getting charged for the subscription. I called to cancel it and got it refunded and then just got charged again a month later and had to call to see if they could do anything different just got a very confused guy on the phone saying that they can refund it but he can’t do anything else to make sure I don’t get charged again or why it happened in the first place.

If I could give zero stars I would-this company has so far charged me $60 AFTER I called them to tell them I never signed up for anything. I’ve had to go through my bank and put a stop payment on any further charges.

Scammer company
Scammer company. I paid for the $1 test and they have been trying to charge me $29.99 seven times now. Thankfully my card blocked the charges. Don't give your information. They will repeatedly attempt to charge you even when you didn't authorize it. No way to remedy it. I have called and talked with three different people who assured me it wouldn't happen again. It keeps happening and they won't stop.

As the other reviewers say, no matter if you choose the one-time $1.00 fee, they sign you up for a 29.99 monthly subscription. It’s unbelievable that this site is allowed to exist and operate in the way that they do. It’s is undoubtedly an illegal scam website. I had to put a 5 year stop payment from my bank on them, as they don’t respond to emails or phone calls. Stay away from.

Scam of a Website - DO NOT USE
This website is a complete fraud. At the end of the IQ Test you'll be presented with two options to pay for your result; $1 for the one time result and $29.99/month for an unlimited subscription. Regardless of selecting the $1 option, you will be automatically subscribed without your knowledge and face recurring charges. They will then act like it was a complete accident when you call to rightfully complain. How this site hasn't been taken down yet is beyond me.

This is a scam-the website advertises a $1 test result and $29.99 for additional features. You will be charged $30.99 regardless of whether or not you use the additional features. And when you call for a refund not only do they tell you that you signed up for a subscription but the refund will take 4-5 business days. It took less than 24 hours for them to take the additional funds from my account though. I’ll will be leaving a review about this company everywhere possible and I’m looking into more formal means of exposing this as an absolute scam.

The test wasn’t even an actual IQ test.
I paid for the one dollar results and ended up being charged 30 more dollars 2 days later. Absolute scam. I had to call my bank to get it flagged and to get my money back, thank God I had the best banker women to do it all and help me.

Scam! Same issue of being charged $30 as all of the other reviewers. When speaking to their “rep” they apologize and say they will cancel the account but never do. They are still trying to charge me but thankfully my credit card company is flagging them.

Absolute fraud!!! They ask if you just want to get your results for $1 or get the subscription to do multiple test for 29.99. I intentionally used my cashapp card to process the $1 payment. I ised cashapp for this exact reason. I only put the amount of funds I plan to use. Not a dollar more. Not but 24 hours later somehow they were able to run a prepaid card for that 29.99 AND IT WENT THROUGH!! I never loaded enough funds but these sneaky, unethical, toads ran my card and were able to get access to my funds. Unbelievable! They know exactly what they're doing. And It's disgusting

Should have googled this website first before entering my card info thinking I’m only paying one dollar. Nope. The very next day I was charged 29.99. Their email address is undeliverable. I called the hotline number and was told the same thing: refund will be within 30 days. Yeah right, I’ve disputed the transaction with my bank and reported this company as fraud.

This company has ZERO problems fraudulently charging your account the very next day, forcing you into a membership (in spite of unchecking the box)... then they tell you it'll take 30 days to be issued a refund.
