Trying to return a Weego Twin carrier but no reply to emails, social media messages or contact via their website. Had to raise a dispute with my bank as this item is not cheap at £155!

Do not use.
Item came fine but wasn’t suitable so sent it back and was advised this was fine.
Since returning it and having proof of delivery and location from the courier they’ve still not refunded me. No reply to my emails or messages on socials.
Have now had to open a dispute with my bank to get the money back as the item was £155. Please buy direct from bumble beez as that’s where my item was actually from!

I haven't received my order that was placed 2 weeks ago. No response to emails or messages. Avoid this company.
I returned a £200 carrier within days of receiving it in the post. I had notifications from the parcel company telling me that my parcel has been delivered. It's been a month now and i've tried contacting them several times through different social media and emails, and i've not had my money back, or a response. Im on a year's maternity leave and i've not been paid within the last 3 months. I really need that money back. I'm gutted at the way they've treated me. I wish i'd never ordered it in the first place.
Never received my order placed over 6 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for acknowledgment via email.
