I ordered running boards for my Toyota Land Cruiser in June 2025 and paid $950. They never arrived. I sent several emails and called the company, there was an answering machine and my emails were responded to by some AI bot giving me some incoherent message about a delay. Its now December 2025 and nothing. It's a fraud and I am reporting this 'company' to the authorities. Other guys on the Land Cruiser forum have reported the same thing happening to them, so there are clearly many victims out there.

placed an order 06/06/2025. cancelled the order on 06/23/2025. no communication after order was placed. ordered from another source.

Extremely lengthy shipping times, honestly it feels like they were going to just take my money before I remembered I had ordered mats 3 weeks ago and wrote their customer service department.

Ordered 3x items mid February, still haven't received the 3rd item and nearly a month has gone by.

Magically within days of me reminding them of the order it gets shipped from Rough Country. Would not risk doing business with them again.

Im not sure how this company is still in business. I have never been treated so poorly and with such little respect. Matthew in customer service lied to me TWICE regarding shipping and in-stock. Then refused to answer my emails until I got VERY angry. 24 hours shipping and now we are almost 10 days since order. When I ssked for a discount for missing a truck show due to his incompetence, I was basically told its my problem, not his. Clearly this company does not have the cash flow to stock product and ship. They collect consumer money then order from their vendor and not take ANY accountability. Disgusting business model and even incompetent people in customer service.
