Such a lovely little guided journal - and a wonderful company with good intentions. If you’re a mum who doesn’t know where to start improving your postpartum anxiety, this is it.

Post partum is hard but this book really helped me 🤎. So much detail and great to reflect daily too. Thankyou so much xx

Lovely journal with short bullet points to help me process my thoughts and feelings. Not so much that it feels like a massive time consuming task, but not so minimal that it feels pointless. Beautifully packaged.
