Great place even greater people
I have recently acquired a 4 person space at the Yard (construction company). The building and spaces are neatly laid out with a good build quality but the best thing about the place is the staff. I have found them to be very helpful and very good at what they do. What they do is resolve any issues in a prompt and friendly way. It has been a pleasure to move here. Tara has been especially great!!

Best co-working space that I know of!
An extremely flexible, friendly and supportive environment to pursue a business. The offices are comfortable and the culture is relaxed and not overbearing. The locations are exceptional and the staff is competent. Definitely the best co-working space that I know of!

Seamless experience
Currently subscribed to the virtual business address membership at the Lower East Side location - very much appreciate the warm welcome and tour by Hattie, and useful web portal for invoice management and events. I would easily recommend The Yard to fellow entrepreneurs and startup founders as a great resource for getting started.
